It’s best city of Switzerland I visited.
It’s best city of Switzerland I visited. View of city is awesome, nice and clean, public transport is very good. If you have Swiss travel pass you can enjoy trains, ferries and buses free. And lots of other places have discounts on tickets upto 50%. If you’re looking for Swiss travel definitely go to Interlaken at least 2 days minimum, lots of places (Grindelwald ) around there that have amazing views. Small town but better. Food is little expensive than Zurich.Guest review bySandeep singhUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Zermatt has so so much to offer, its a nature lovers dream, we went in summer so we did hikes but could have done so much nnore, there was skiing, climbing, adventure parks, and so many place to see and eat , our hotel was amazing they gave us all the info to get around, what to see, just make sure when you book transport , you book the train into town or a car that can drive you to the drop off point not the train station out of town ,Guest review byScottAustralia - 8.0
Great hiking. Not enough quality eating establishments.
Great hiking. Not enough quality eating establishments. Would have loved information about the valley’s history that didn’t cost so much. Paying for tap water with a meal was not acceptable. People wew lovely.Guest review bydeborahUnited States - 10.0

Beautiful lakeside location with largely pedestrianized tourist area in old town. Amazing lakeside lido with excellent indoor and outdoor pools, slides and diving boards. Pools have spa features, including powerful water massage jets. You can also swim in the lake.Guest review byAnthonyUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Montreux was a nice location to go to Rocher de Naye.
Montreux was a nice location to go to Rocher de Naye. There were some great walks in the neighbourhood like 'Gorges de Chauderons'. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. The view of the lake was great. Montreux was not the cleanest town/city we visited in Switzerland.Guest review byAnnelies - 10.0

I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.Guest review byJeanetteSwitzerland - 10.0
Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.
Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.Guest review byRolynePhilippines - 6.0

Very expensive town with a mixture of nice Swiss architecture and horrible apartment blocks that look they come from North Korea. Very expensive and in some ways, hard to see what the fuss is about. There are many nice towns in Europe and this was not the prettiest. It's famous for people who are rich and famous but if that's not you, I'd suggest skipping it.Guest review byKarlUnited States - 8.0

Easily enough to fill a couple of days prior to catching the train to Italy. Loved the open air pool, the cable car and the walk back to the city from the top of the mountain. Chur is worth a visit, but it struggles with the relationship between the old and new parts of the town.Guest review byWood - 10.0

3 Families sent us exchange students years ago, and we are still friends with all of them, so a lot of visiting. Dinner on the lake, afternoon tea at Schloss Schadau, downtown area by the river. plenty of scenic side trips like the funicular up the Neisen and the Thunerseespiele (musical presented in an outdoor theater overlooking the lake) and plenty of other things to se and doGuest review byFahrniUnited States
