The room was wonderful, bed was courage, plenty of space with a writing table and small table to sit at. The bathroom and shower were also great. The lighting in the room was sufficient to light up the room and the reading lights on the side of bed was fantastic. The restaurant food was very good as well as the breakfast selection plenty of variety to choose from each morning. Quiet neighbor and very friendly staff. Would highly recommend this hotel/restaurant. We would stay here again.

Haus Stehlings features views of the Old Town of Monschau. The guest house provides guests with free WiFi and is located a 1 hour drive from Cologne. Most comfortable beds in Germany so far! Very unique old house, looking directly onto the river. Beautiful views out of every window. We were there during the Christmas market and the entire town was magical. A short walk down a fairly steep cobblestone road and we were at the market. Excellent location. It even snowed, making the experience perfection!
