Seville is vibrant, historical, beautiful.
Seville is vibrant, historical, beautiful. You must visit Magellan's replica boat relating to the first circum-navigation of the globe. It all started in Seville. Seville was where the first circum-navigation of the wold started and finished. 270 started the voyage in Seville .. 18 made it back. Magellan died in the Phillipines. The palaces and churches are nice, but visit the Nao Victoria boat that was the first boat to circum-navigate the globe. It's the standout tourist attraction IMO.Guest review byJordanUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A fantastic city, with so much to do. Beaches, scenery, historic monuments, great shops - and so many fabulous bars and restaurants. It also felt very safe to walk about and the local people were very friendly.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe.
Beautiful town! Never felt unsafe. The Alhambra was an amazing place BUT, please spend the money to have a tour. There are no explanations for what you are seeing so to get the most of the palaces, take a tour. Also the caves in sacromonte - where the gypsys lived is an eye opener. Only €5 admission with 11 caves (homes) to explore. It’s a bit of a hike but also provide some of the best views of the Alhambra and summer palace.Guest review bybrettAustralia - 10.0

Torremolinos is a nice sun holiday destination and also a base for visiting other parts of Costa del Sol. This was my third visit and I didn't think the transport links were as good as previous visits. There is a lovely promenade by the beach that goes down into benalmadena which is good for walking or cycling. There are some lovely restaurants I particularly liked El pasta e pizza in plaza San Miguel and Colonia in plaza Nogalera. The staff in both places were very nice and the food was reasonably priced and a good standard. As a solo traveller I did not feel under pressure to leave restaurants as soon as my meal was eaten. I recommend a trip to Mijas and Málaga. You can take the bus to Mijas and train to Malaga. If you like markets the Tuesday one in fuengirola is very good. Both bus and train go to fuengirola.Guest review byElaineIreland - 10.0
The UNESCO sights are extraordinary.
The UNESCO sights are extraordinary. The mosque being the top attraction. The Free tours are excellent. I took 2 with Arte en Cordoba and a paid tour of the mosque with them. Guides are extremely well informed and my stay in Cordoba wouldn't have been the same without the sights and knowledge these tours had to offer,Guest review byCatherineMexico - 8.0
