Great location. Within walking distance to everything. The room was clean and comfortable with a great view. Breakfast was very good.

Great location with a view of the water. Spacious, quiet, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Impressive breakfast and good dinners. Very friendly staff. We could have stayed longer. We were on the top floor in what appeared to be a newer part of the building. Ceilings were higher than in the older part. Would recommend booking the better rooms when possible. Note that there was no elevator, so we had to carry our bags up two staircases, which was not a problem for us ... just something to be aware of.

Great character. Lovely building and spectacular view of harbour.

The spa facilities were exceptional. The big windows looking out at Loch Fyne from the hot tub created a very memorable experience. We walked from the hotel to tour Inverary Castle. The breakfast was quite good and we found all of the staff to be very fun to chat with. I would definitely plan to come back and stay here again.

The area is absolutely beautiful

The hotel is right in the center of town, our room was spacious with a sitting area that looks over the water through big windows. I would stay in this hotel again if we ever come back to Oban (which we would love to!). There's also paid parking right outside the hotel so it's convenient if you have a car. There's an elevator but it's one of those old Victorian elevators that has double doors that you need to close properly before elevator would move. We never used it, we just used the stairs but there's elevator if you have heavy luggage or if stairs is just hard. Staff on front desk was very friendly. Hotel has it's own bar but it was pretty empty when we were there.

Lovely cosy local pub made to feel extremely welcome. The staff went above and beyond to help you,and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced.

We absolutely loved our stay here! They were so warm, kind, and accommodating - even arranging a special treat for my birthday. They offer packed lunches for hikers and the food in their restaurant is perfection. I would love to stay here again.

The room was amazing. The staff were very friendly and courteous and were able to give us a room with a terrace looking over the loch for a small charge. The food at the restaurant was incredible and it was my partners birthday and they provided chocolate dessert for her. The view was incredible. The spa was also a highlight as the staff were very attentive to our needs.
