Breakfast was really good bottomless buffet. Food was hot...sausages amazing.

Staff were excellent accommodating our needs for our staff. They went above and beyond and met all expectations.

Location is perfect for getting into town

The hotel is not fully obliged to answer the transportation difficulties encountered by guests, but the response given to me by the staff member of this hotel named Trond is a textbook example of customer service. He listed in detail the current operating status of each ferry company on this route and gave me the option of flying. The names and information of each ferry company and airline he mentioned were very accurate and exactly the same as what I had learned before. In the end, I found a piece of information about Newspaper Boat in his answer, which helped me travel from Guernsey to Jersey without delaying the subsequent trip. Thank you very much！

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this rural,nature farmstead like setting of this hotel.Outdoor swimming pool was heated by solar power,very refreshing! The service the staff provided us was excellent especially from Marmin Ray and Jojo the manager.The breakfast was delicious and well presented.The room was spacious clean and comfortable.

This hotel is in a great location; just a 10-minute brisk walk to the bus station (great bus system!) and the heart of St. Helier. Breakfast was generous. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a beautiful park right across the street. The owners are lovely, helpful, and personable.

Location was beautiful with great transport links to main town and airport. Very comfortable beds, staff very attentive, food spectacular. Bar was an added bonus. One bar for hotel which was quieter and one that was open to the public which was lively but. It so much as to be a nuisance.

Loved the Norfork, in fact trying to book for next year won't let us .everything about the hotel we liked ,great staff all so really friendly.

Large modern hotel with excellent facilities in a great location for seeing all the sights and taking the bus. The bus stop is located a short walk - about 2 blocks from the hotel. The boat to St Elizabeth castle is located near the bus stop. The hotel room was large, comfy bed, and our room had a great view over the harbor and St Elizabeth castle. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking to the waitresses in the hotel bar.

The location was perfect, walkable to the ferry and the bus terminal and on a beautiful cobblestone shopping district street. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to offer help. The room was spotless.

Beautifully restored historic property at the quiet end of picturesque St. Aubin harbor, close to shops and restaurants. Good breakfast was included, and I also had great meals in the restaurant. Single room was well-appointed, with a nice view; a little small but had great closet storage and an excellent full-size bath. Staff were very pleasant. The location was convenient for the bus connections to the airport and St. Helier, and scenic walks began almost right outside the door.

Fantastic location in the heart of the town. Super views over the marina. Lots of interesting areas of the hotel so the atmosphere was lovely. Everything was beautifully clean
