We visited many museums in Chicago and all were very high in quality and value, with the exception of the Ice Cream Museum, which was not a great value in our opinion. We really enjoyed the diversity of the architecture and were glad to have taken the sightseeing Chicago River tour to experience that.

I went there during Nascar race weekend, so the city was crowded. Very good place to go - get the citypass and visit 5 different places, although 2 are mandatory - Skydeck and Shedd aquarium. Go to Skydeck (I went 7pm in a Friday during summer - it was empty, i took nice pictures and saw the sunset). Other than that, you can visit 2 museums: Art Institute if you like Impressionism (it's just AWESOME!) and Field Museum (100 museums in only one - you have dinosaurs, Egypt, animals, Africa, and other 1000 different things to do); keep in mind that if you like museums reserve 4h at least 4h for each one. Shoreline river tour is mandatory, even if you don't care about architecture. It's just cool. then, you finally go to Shedd Aquarium: there are lots of kids, noise, and all. I actually do love kids, but you feel like in a kidgartnen activity (nice place tho). Truly enjoyed Chicago. Ill get back there later!

    Crazy jam packed 4 days.

Crazy jam packed 4 days. Bought the City Pass and it went perfectly. We hit the Chicago Skydeck (go early) so much fun. Breakfast at Goddess and the — awesome food great atmosphere. Then the Cubs game (Cubs win!) then dinner at Demera Ethiopian. Nearby. Took the El. Next day Field Museum - so much to see - Chicago Shoreline boat tour - learned a lot then dinner at Fogo de Chao. Walked the river walk which was amazing. Gelato at Sweet Home Gelato! So fun and so much going on. Then Mass at the Cathedral and shipping at Baggu (spent way too much) and right next door the coolest restaurant Bartaco. Food amazing and we bought their homemade sauce. Then on to Art Museum and dinner at Girl and the Goat. And gelato after. And finally last day Shedd aquarium and Giordanos pizza!!! We walked or took the El where we could. It was also Lollapalooza. So super crowded a couple times and by it but didn’t affect us.

Our visit to the Chicago Loop was unforgettable!

Our visit to the Chicago Loop was unforgettable! From stunning skyline views and historic architecture to vibrant street life and iconic spots like Millennium Park and the Riverwalk, downtown Chicago had it all. Every corner offered something new— bustling shops and scenic walks. An amazing blend of culture, history, and energy—we’ll definitely be back! We started our day having brekfast at the Starbucks Roastery and ended our day trip with sumptuous dinner at our fave Jollibee fastfood!

    Great city.

Great city. I only live 3 hours away (just moved the midwest a few years ago) but even though I've lived and travelled all over the world, I'd somehow never been. Wonderful city, wonderful vibe, great amenities, wonderfully walkable, excellent food.

Chicago definetly has alot going on. We had fun walking around seeing different stores and restaurants. There was always something we could do. Come prepared to spend some money. It was a nice time every day !!! Now the traffic and drivers WOWWW 😀 !! Definetly stay woke, we took Ubers here and there (not use to the speed or congestion). I would definitely visit again.

I'ts a Gorgeous and amusing beautiful city with outstanding and extensive options of attraccions and exceptional transportantion system. Incountable amount of amusing venues Teathers, restaurants, beautiful parks and beaches. It is sometimes a windy city though, but at summer is exceptional and warm pleasant weather, perfect for outdoors activities and going to beaches or pools. Winter of course is rough sometimes but due to global warming, every year the amount of snow is drastically and notably reducing.
