    Room cleaning was amazing! Lidia was the best! It was so refreshing to walk into a cool clean room after a day in the sand and water. Restaurants were nice and staff were excellent all around. We loved the show at the theater, Moana. Beautiful live performance! Location of the resort was lovely and safe.

    My family and I had a great time at the resort. The staff was very friendly, and all the restaurants were excellent. I really enjoyed Toro the most. Now, you no longer have to make reservations, but there can be a long wait. We waited for 1 hour to be seated at Toro and then another hour for our food, but that was understandable because there was a large party of almost 50 people. Unfortunately, because of the wait, we missed the Michael Jackson show. However, my favorite part of the trip was swimming in the lagoon with the fish.

    The resort was lovely; but buffet food could be better in terms of quality and choice and food being kept warmed. The crepe truck was a bonus however would be much better if they were served hot and not pre-made and cold.
