What is not to like it is iconic, beautifully organized, so much staff to help you. The rooms were beautiful. You don’t have to leave this hotel for the entire weekend. It is that beautiful and accommodating.

At check-in, staff offered an upgrade to a larger room at a reduced rate. It was on the quieter side of the hotel. It had a separate sitting room and dining area with facilities to heat food, if required. The hotel had a laundry facility for guests to use, which was extremely helpful.

This Banff hotel is located on the slopes of Tunnel Mountain, within a 20 minute walk of downtown. Each room offers a wood fireplace and private bathroom.

Beautiful quiet location out of town- really great spa and restaurant! The accomodation was lovely- we loved the big layout with seperate bedroom and living area Shower was lovely and hot with good high pressure and bed was very comfy Kitchenette and living area were lovely with a beautiful fire place! Parking was great!

It was an excellent stay, the rooms were super comfortable, and we really enjoyed the hot tubs and the sauna. We’d definitely come back, an excellent hotel in Banff.

Great location. Great front office staff. Very courteous and efficient. Loved the facilities, steam sauna, hot tub. The rooms were great. Good breakfast. Amazing staff at breakfast.

Lovely, friendly and helpful front desk staff. Heated underground parking. Great room size. Plenty of room amenities. I love that room cleaning is an on demand service, so you don't have to deal with people knocking your door.
