Really wonderful staff, friendly, helpful, and efficient. We particularly love Ms. Clarise the receptionist and Paula who serves at the bar. All of the staff are generally congenial and pleasant.

I always book with best western. This was so disappointing. It was like a run down motel. People talking in the hall until 130 in the morning slamming doors. Smoking just outside the door and leaving the door open so the smell comes inside. You can hear everything. Beds not comfortable. Don’t waste your money here. The worst stay I have ever had.

I am so glad that I chose the Ameritania at Times Square. The location was perfect for all of our activities (which included walking to 3 Broadway shows, along with all the sight seeing). The staff was wonderful in everyway. I felt so welcomed there. The lobby was nice & 3 elevators were available to reach our room. Our luggage was delayed from the airport and they were so helpful to receive it for us. We also, enjoyed the small bar for a drink, and fresh cold water was always available. This is a beautiful building, yes it does have scaffolding on the outside while they work on the beautiful building, but it did not distract from our stay. I did not notice any working noise, and we were gone, most of the day. I felt so comfortable to come back to this hotel, no matter how late at night. I recommend this hotel to anyone. (and I think that the price was more than fair for this stay).

Don’t stay in New Jersey to save money , if you are visiting New York ( Manhattan ) you will end up paying a lot for transportation. Add that money and stay in city center .you can save money and energy

A very nice, safe town.
A very nice, safe town. There were many families and groups of people going out for dinner, shopping and the like. There are many coffee shops that are delicious and have nice ambiance. There are grocery stores that are amazing, big, beautiful, clean and great products and prices. There are plenty of things to do, being very close to NYC, Met Life Stadium and malls and movie theaters. There are historical sites and many parks with gorgeous views of the Hudson River, George Washington Bridge and NYC.

There is no daily cleaning of rooms, I had 3 people in the room and I only got 2 sets of towels I had to go to front desk to ask for towels, the young man was very courteous he said he would bring it to the room which he did in no time.

Convenient location.
Convenient location. We wanted to visit NYC but didn't want to stay there. We Ubered back and forth to NYC. It was a very nice hotel to stay in and we would stay there again. The breakfast was magnificent. It took about 20 minutes to get to NYC. Note: Evening Ubers are twice as much as morning Ubers. After tip we paid over $100 to come back at night. But, if you've driven in NY, it was worth it.

I didn't visit fort Lee, I only stayed in the hotel for a short period of time. Spent my time in Englewood N J. Wouldn't invite friends over for a while because of the dirty room. Didn't complaint to front desk knowing that they already informed me of lack of staff.

We were there for the I Love NYC at Central Park.
We were there for the I Love NYC at Central Park. Driving was easy to get to and from the hotel to parking. The staff was exceptionally concerned with guest satisfaction. The bartender, Dean, absolutely went out of his way to fulfill our needs. The coffee staff was pleasing and welcoming and the front desk checked us in and out with efficiency. Overall I would give you an 11 if possible and settle for the 10-star service.
Very nice hotel, with great accessibility to a major road. A little distant from public transit and Manhattan. Ample parking on site. Welcoming staff, very clean space and rooms. Spacious and well decorated rooms. Beds are very comfortable and bathroom very spacious with quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Basic breakfast included free of charge and served daily with basic recycleable plates and cutlery.
Overall a great experience, with reasonable pricing. We stayed two nights in November while visiting New York.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Actually being in the hotel was the only time I felt welcomed and treated politely in my whole trip to New York. People outside the hotel were rude, that's my impression coming from Canada where people is always polite. They spoke Spanish and I was happy to speak in my language.
All the stuff was great, Mercedes and her husband made sure that we were having a good time in the hotel, she was always smiling and willing to help. Gracias Mercedes.
Great location. So easy to get on the highway. 10 minutes to everywhere in Fort Lee and Palisades. Room is spacious. Have enough table tops for work and put stuff on. Also have a armchair. Free parking is awesome. Breakfast is included but would be better if more variety than just bagel and cereal. There were fresh apples and clementines that was nice. Staff were nice.
I was driving from MD to NY, was late at night and I decided to stop to sleep at 1am. My reservation was confirmed and the hotel tried to charge me again upon arrival, I had to ask the front desk to reserve the charges, he was unable to find the booking on his system because it was after midnight. Terrible experience.
BED - was very very comfortable. Hotel room is extremely quiet, even tho the hotel faces onto the main highway, the most quiet hotel i have stayed at, on this strip of highway...have stayed across the road also at another hotel.
Room was perfectly clean and tidy just what i needed
The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming, and the hotel had so much space. The breakfast was great as well!
Elevators are fast, the location is great — convenient if you’re getting to the GW bridge, and there’s many amenities to take advantage of. Overall, it was a well stay.
For the price this is perfect! Its a motel room, nothing more. Shower is fine, room was clean, not too noisy. If you want a 5 star hotel , you might be disapointed… if you want to sleep and shower, its perfect. Staff at the reception was friendly and helpfull
It was clean! The beds were extreamly comfortable. The lobby is very pretty. They do have resturants in the hotel. A little pricey but still nice. It was close to the city. free parking is also amazing. Over all it was a great trip.
The location is great for going into NYC. There's a bus stop to Port Authority just behind the hotel, and if you want to drive in the GWB is very close. The bed was comfortable and the lady who handled my check in was very helpful.
The value near Manhatten and Bronx was good. The staff was mostly helpful. With Covid, there wasn't much in the hotel that was open, but just fine if you are out. After figuring out public transit to NYC, it was really a value.
The best part of the hotel is free parking and easy Uber ride to uptown. The rooms were clean but the hallways still smelled like cigarettes even though they switched to being a smoke free hotel.
Good price basic hotel/ motel
Clean and quiet
Didn't try breakfast but it is included
Location immediately on right after George Washington bridge, slow down you can easily miss it.
The hotel staff was great; the layout of the hotel is nice, the hotel store was so convenient and had great items. The full bar tv and breakfast buffets was amazing.
