Location is unbeatable, breakfast was plentiful and good for £10/each/day, not sure I would pay more than that. Breakfast is the same everyday. Hotel is quiet up on the third floor. There was a wedding party one night and didn’t hear a thing!
Family room is a bit tight but worked well.
This hotel is beside the River Tay, a minute from Perth Museum and Horsecross Concert Hall. Rooms are en suite and many have views of the river and the hotel's award-winning gardens.

The room was lovely and clean, as was the hotel on the whole, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice and there were options for myself as a vegetarian, although it was essentially just cereal/granola and toast but I was content with that. The location was perfect for what I needed. Parking was available.

Close proximity to train and bus stations, easy walking distance to the city centre. Lovely restaurant.
One of the most unique hotels in Perth, in a 15th-century watermill, where you can still watch the water trickling through the original water wheel from the garden, lobby area and Lounge Bar.

The hotel is very convenient to the rail station… A 10 minute walk. The garden in the back was beautiful… During our visit, most of the flowers were in bloom.

River walk was lovely, but local city centre was just like any other town with loads of charity shops, and not mu h else to look at.
Scone palace gardens were lovely, but could only go in the grounds due to having a dog, so wasn't allowed in the Palace

The multistorey car park at Kinnoull Street is a disgrace and should be avoided at all costs.
The city itself is compact and pleasant enough. No hills in the city so easy to get about.
Plenty of cafes by the new museum.

Perth used to be the capital of Scotland and has obviously been a very wealthy city. I would have loved to have seen it then.
Unfortunately it is now much like many cities and very run down.
Most things in Scotland are beautiful and I was really looking forward to Perth but found that the surrounding areas were much better than the City centre. So sorry as I would have loved to have said it was great.
Glasgow and Edinburgh are obviously big vibrant cities and I expected Perth to just have a little of this.
We enjoyed our first night at the Grampian Hotel so much, we decided to stay an extra 2 nights. The staff by far made our experience exceptional. Their customer service was above and beyond! The hotel is reasonably priced, and the rooms were very clean with nice, functional layouts. The location is also very good! It's about a 5 minute walk to Perth train station, and right down the street from the downtown shopping area. And even with that great location, we still found it nice and quiet.
What an amazing apartment! It’s stunningly beautiful, clean, lots of space, great beds, cozy and a great place to do a roadtrip through Scotland. The communication with the staff is outstanding and fast. 10/10 and I would definitely recommend it (already done that).
Free parking space, 3 bedrooms and a closed living room were perfect for our 5 person family.
The washer/dryer worked well. And walking distance to ALL of Perth. Plus a grocery store right out the door.
Owners were super nice and long time locals.
Centrally located in a Perth. Plenty of room in the suite. David is a wonderful host and amazing chef! He made buttery, flaky croissants for our breakfast in the morning and served eggs Benedict with the best hollandaise sauce I’ve ever tasted!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in the UK. The food and drinks are exceptionally good. The grounds and location are beautiful. I will definitely be staying again. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Thanks.
The room was excellant, spacious, modern, clean and light. We spent a week touring in Scotland and this was the best of the rooms that we stayed in (all at a similar price point) and the best breakfast as well.
Arrived late in Monday night to find the regular jamming session on. Some great Scottish and folk music. Lovely short drive to Perth via backroad. Village alternative to staying in Perth. Good value for price.
Hotel a little bit tired but warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was very traditional - black pudding; baked beans, bacon etc. Coffee was okayish and service was attentive. Toasters are pretty feeble.
The staff & the food was great we have absolutely no negatives about this hotel it was central to perth & is easy to get to without having to go through the town would go again in a heartbeat
Sam is amazing and made awesome homemade bread and a lovely breakfast. She was a delight to be around. If I return to Perth, I wouldn't stay anywhere else. She made us feel so welcomed.
Hotel is very clean but very dated needs a lot of work done. Staff were lovely especially the manager.
Perth was like a ghost town everything was shut. Struggled to find a restaurant.
Very central, a little noisy but would expect that in city centre. Great centre for exploring this area of Scotland, particularly without car. Generally very clean and well equiped.
Great breakfast. Location near River and pedestrian centre perfect. Sense of history. Jacobites gathered here and the Beatles stayed on their first tour of Scotland.
