Our reservation was for 1 night. Actually nothing went right, the rooms were filthy, one room they didn't take a shower because bathroom was not clean. Also spiders and bugs in corners in room. Other room had a cockroach in the bed, and my room had so much chemical cleaner that I couldn't breath so I opened the window as best I could. Also air conditioner could not be reset so I had to live with the temperature it was set on which was too warm. I explained everything to the staff and they apologized but it really had an impact in our ability to get ready for our wedding. The staff agreed to refund 2 out of 3 room costs but I have yet to see that refund on my credit card, so we will be pending a dispute unless this is resolved. Place needs a total renovation, also my shower didn't stop properly. Also need housekeepers that know how to clean. Very bad experience for a special occasion. Coming back strange people in parking lot with no shirts on and a dog lying there. Frightful!

The bed and linens were fine. A new bathroom was nice. A fridge was in the room. The room was clean. The furniture matched and was comfortable.The lighting was fine. If you have a first floor room, you park very close to your door, so it is very easy to unload your car into your room. The people at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating. You have to ask if you want clean sheets or towels. I was happy not to be bothered with maid service every day, and I threw out my own garbage in a garbage can outside. I was there for 5 nights.

The place was close to where I wanted to be. The hotel tried to get way more than what I booked for. I asked for but didn't get a 1st floor room until getting in contact with booking.com.They also tried to keep my $100 deposit. Someone there charged my card after I left. The carpet was dirty. The toilet kept running unless you shook the handle several times. The Desk clerks refused to give me receipts. Various restaurant's in the area of Woodbury, Syosset - great steak house's, Italian, Greek and Diner's. Relatively easy access to beaches on both shores - North shore calmer waters, South shore - the ocean. Fantastic views from various harbors and a number of museums. Access to NYC - train ride away.

Really nice venue with large rooms, nice bedside lamps and charging ports, convenient parking. No fault of the hotel's because of Covid, but we missed the excellent breakfast they used to offer. We will definitely return if we need accommodations in the area.

If your looking at cheap places to stay this is the place.
If your looking at cheap places to stay this is the place. Staff are very nice and try to be helpful but they have no control over who they rent to. The people who were staying there I saw were there because their company was looking for the cheapest place to house their employees. This creates an element most folks are not happy to be staying with.

The room was large, comfortable and clean while the food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent. I was really pleased with the complimentary shuttle service - you could request a ride to anywhere within 10 miles or so of the hotel.
