The property has nice chill spaces with fireplaces and gaming/social areas to escape the hotel room vibe. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. Food was tasty. But again the proximity to the entrance of the park was killer.

United StatesGorgeous, huge windows looking out over the forested mountain (no humans or other cabins in sight), and a skylight in the cozy loft bedroom (where you can open the window to let in fresh air and hear the birds). I like the gamebook and color book and colored pencils (analog fun). You can walk down the gravel drive to admire the gorgeous ferns and trees. Great place to stay when visiting Cradle Mountain National Park and you want some privacy. Get Groceries in a city ahead of time or eat at the Inns/Lodges around the park.

Beautiful place, fantastic walk around the lake. Peppers Resort was great, we stayed in a resort room with a Jacuzzi on the balcony and the staff even built us a snowman on the balcony railing. It had snowed the day before we arrived and the landscape was beautiful.Guest review byRalphAustralia

Special mention to Charlie, Andy and Andres and the main general manager (whose name escapes me, apologies!). Proximity to Cradle Mountain is wonderful. Bathrooms are lovely. Unlike PEPPERS up the road, we find this resort to be less crowded. We always stay in the spa chalet, for its small comfort and the fact you can have a spa after walking some of the most beautiful hiking tracks in the world. The bed is also heated to keep you cozy at night! We also love the fact now you have a small take away menu, so you don't have to go to the restaurant!Guest review byBelindaAustralia

Easy to locate and lots of parking. Each room has a beautiful view of the landscape and the food at the restaurant was out of this world! Each dish was delicious. Whilst the hotel was built in the 80s and the bathrooms are outdated, it was a very comfortable stay and excellent value for money.
