Beautiful hotel. We had the most relaxing experience. From the moment we walked into the hotel we felt welcomed by the wonderful staff. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. The beds are comfortable with the most comfortable pillows we have had in our entire Japan trip. I loved the private onsen in the balcony with the view of the mountains and the sound of the cicadas. I loved this place it has been my favorite hotel so far.

Though we arrived late after attending Fuji Rock festival, the staff were extremely accommodating by waiting for us to check in past midnight. The beds were super comfortable and the room is probably the most meticulously clean room I've ever stayed at in Japan. The property is surrounded by stunning nature and when we checked out we were even given free tomatoes from their farm. I would absolutely recommend this place!

Beautifully finished property with the most spectacular views of the valley and Mount Tanigawa. The design is very well thought out and much attention to detail is paid to the interior, leaving a very high-class feel. The host was so friendly and accommodating, she made the whole experience perfect.
