Very clean and while the bed was a little soft for me, it was very comfortable. The room was cute and had everything you required. Good wardrobe space with hangers. A safe. Small fridge and tea making facilities. The reception staff were exceptional helpful and just lovely to deal with.

The staff was very kind, professional and helpful. The location is very good as it was an easy to walk to many sites and the Monti neighborhood was great for food, charming streets, small shops and proximity to the Colosseum and the Forum—spectacular at night. The rooftop for breakfast was very nice and the staff was great. Delicious cappuccinos! We were offered a take-away breakfast for an early morning Vatican visit which was so nice. The front desk staff, particularly the young woman there in the mornings, was wonderful.

Close to everything you need to see in Rome. Diana was very nice. When the say the breakfast is included, it's not a joke! It's in a nearby restaurant. Really fresh pressed orange juice and 2 dishes and a very good café. I'm impressed!
