She handled the issue with outstanding professionalism and empathy. Despite my frustration, she remained calm, understanding, and went above and beyond to resolve the matter efficiently. What truly stood out was how she engaged with my children, keeping them entertained and comfortable while managing the situation – something that made a huge difference to our family. Joy embodies the true meaning of hospitality. Employees like her are the reason guests come back. Please extend my sincere appreciation to her – she turned what could have been a negative experience into a memorable one.
