Upon arrival, the host was very inviting and helpful. The room was beautifully presented and extremely comfortable with all of the amenities that you could possibly need. The breakfast provided in the morning was fantastic, with a wonderful selection to choose from and all of it cooked fresh to order using local ingredients. If I am travelling back in the area, I will certainly look to book to stay back here first.

Falmouth is quiet, beautiful and clean.

Falmouth is quiet, beautiful and clean. I recommend driving there through the night though. Our journey from South Yorkshire via Leicester should have been 6 hours. Due to traffic , it was 11-12 hours in the car. Also , don’t try to eat out at a restaurant after 9pm. EVERYWHERE stops serving food really early.

I had no idea what Falmouth would be like (was there because partner was taking part in a sports event) and was delighted to discover a lively, funky little town. Amazing array of great restaurants for all budgets. Several interesting galleries. Maritime museum looked interesting though didn't have time to vist. Nice, accessible town beaches and a walk/drive up to Pendennis point is well worth it. Everyone I had contact with was helpful and enthusiastic. Would love to come back and explore a bit more.

I visited the Opertion Chariot memorial as my uncle aged 19 died in St Nazaire. Moving and respectful. Visited Indidog Restaurant, amazing coffee and satisfying full english breakfast. Didn't stay long in Falmouth but from what i saw it is an easy town to visit and get around.

    Great place to visit.

Great place to visit. Beaches, coastal walks, quirky shops as well as known brands, cafes & restaurants, harbour, buses, boat trips - you name it. Also quite eclectic and not over done up as some Cornish places tend to be.

Compact but pleasant double room on the ground floor with no sea view but French windows opening onto a little patio so great. Good breakfasts with a sea view! Fab location: on the sea front so Gyllyngvase Beach was right near by and we could also walk into Falmouth. We were able to park in the hotel car park which was great, although there was free roadside parking available if we'd needed it.

Lovely hotel with lots of period features and character. Polite and accommodating staff. About 20 mins walk to the quay area where the Maritime Museum is located - quite a steep hill walking back but Falmouth is very hilly. Good sized and very comfortable room. Decent selection of cereal and pastries for breakfast but the cooked stuff, although obviously quality produce, was not to my taste.

We had a great visit to The Falmouth Hotel for the shanty festival, all very well set up. The staff were lovely, very friendly and looked after my food allergies for evening meal and breakfast. The facilities were good, we used the pool and we had a relaxing time in the spa, with a massage. 🥰
