The hotel was wonderful. Great staff, especially the people at reception and concierge- he was so helpful. The room was well decorated and comfortable. There isn’t a mini refrigerator, and I needed it for medication, but they managed to find one for me.

In addition to the breakfast room, there was restaurant and bar with a beer garden. Live music on the weekends. Very convenient. Hotel is in a residential area. Grocery store, train station were within walking distance. There was a bus stop in front of the hotel that went in to the center of Belfast. I used at least 3 different bus routes that used this same bus stop. Everything I needed for a weeklong visit was available. I did not have a car.

There is so much to see and do in the city and beyond.

There is so much to see and do in the city and beyond. Our stay in the hotel was first class from the very helpful and friendly staff to the appetizing food. The hop on hop off bus was brilliant for getting around. Crumlin road gaol is worth a visit also the day long bus tour to the giants causeway. Great banter from the witty driver called Karl who had a wealth of local knowledge and made sure we had lots of stops along the way. The cruise on the Lagan was very affordable and very enjoyable. Along with the Maldron the food was great in Hell Cat Maggie's opposite the City hall as was Robinson's and Gingers all within easy reach of the Maldron. So much to see and do and not enough time. Will have to make another visit.

I spent 2 months in Ireland and Northern Ireland, and Belfast and Galway were my top 2 cities. Both have a lively shopping/dining area. Belfast has a lot of interesting buildings with beautiful brickwork, a nice waterfront area, and a lot of planned events. Just walking around the city is an enjoyable experience.

Interesting city to visit with many historical places of interest. The Titanic experience is not the only attraction. The city itself is well worth a good walk and the Belfast bus tour previously done gave a good insight into the political background and history of The Troubles

The city is large but not overwhelmingly so. There are some interesting museums. Although I didn't have any near misses, cycling in the city centre was a bit hairy at times due to the lack of cycle lanes,

Once we found our way around, we enjoyed Belfast more and more. Incredible party scene after dark, and a great range of bars and restaurants (though booking for meals is essential ) We took the train to the coast, a minibus tour, the Titanic Experience , and the open-top‘bus. All well worth doing. Disappointed not to find more traditional music in bars, but all in all thoroughly recommended.

We enjoyed our trip to Belfast to join in with the 12 July celebrations We did a bus tour to the Giants Causeway with interesting stops along the way and a very informative bus driver/guide. Belfast is an easy city to explore on foot. The people were very helpful when they saw us studying a map and soon got us going in the right direction. Overall a very pleasant few days.

Everything about this studio is tremendous. Good size , bigger than a lot of hotel rooms. Toilet and shower are much bigger and better than most hotels. Comfortable big bed ,great quality bedding and towels. Lots of tea and coffee, bread , butter , jam , milk , cereal and orange juice all provided. Really enjoyed my night. Big modern shopping centre is a short walk away. City centre is 3 miles.

Lovely little bed & breakfast style hotel. In great location only about 20 minute walk from city centre. Would like to thank the Malaysian lady (unfortunately we never got her name) who was doing breakfast serving over the weekend, she was so lovely and welcoming chatting with my wife who is Thai. I would return here again without hesitation.
