We had such a lovely stay here! The staff went above and beyond — we were upgraded to a beautiful river view room and even surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is full of charm and feels like a hidden sanctuary in Lisbon.

Felix Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Lisbon. The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring the city. The design is impeccable, with each room offering a unique artistic flair and thoughtful amenities that feel curated rather than generic. I especially loved the rooftop, which was the ideal spot to unwind after a day of wandering. The honor bar was a great touch for a quick snack or drink. Special thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team, and to Vanessa and Fernando at the front desk, who made the stay feel personal and welcoming. I’ll definitely be returning every time I’m in Lisbon.

Excellent rooms - large enough, quiet and clean. We didn't need A/C in the middle of July, though it was available. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to the center (30 mins by walk or 20 mins with tram 28E, passing nearby - or bus 727 to Belem). Nice restaurants in the area. Beautiful and cozy hotel, definitely recommended.

This place was amazing and Gabriella is very responsive and helpful. Location is great - close to Belém, Tower, Jeronimos Monestary, and the waterfront. Can take quick uber or tram to the city centre to stroll around Chiado and Bairro Alto. Everything you need is close by - grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops (Copenhagen Coffee Lab is excellent and just down the street). The hotel itself quiet, new and well-designed.

We loved the novelty of being on a boat, it was great fun. Umut was the loveliest host and checked in to make sure that everything was ok. At the beginning we were given one towel each, but when we requested a hair towel and a hand towel, he was very quick to provide these. We were also given a lovely bottle of wine which was a great touch.
