Kimpton Theatre is very well located in Time Square and is walking distance to most attractions. Try to catch the 7pm 2 hr ferry ride to see the sites, buildings, Statue of Liberty and the 3 biridges in daylight, dusk and early evenings when the lights come on.Guest review bySatendraAustralia - 2.0
The staff was disrespectful and lazy.
The staff was disrespectful and lazy. They don’t want to do their job as far as house keeping is concerned, they don’t even want to give you towels. As for the building, it is known for prostitution, drugs and god knows what kind of other illegal activities goes on in that place. The staff plays along with all that goes on in there and they act as if they don’t know what’s going on. The rooms are filthy and the noise level at night is crazy. It’s one of the worst hotels to ever vacation on, it’s not worth it for all that money.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
Downtown Brooklyn was truly amazing.
Downtown Brooklyn was truly amazing. The food court had so many fantastic choices, and we enjoyed trying something different each time. This was our first holiday since my husband passed away, so it meant so much to me that my two young boys had the time of their lives. Brooklyn gave us not just great food and atmosphere, but precious memories we will always treasure. I highly recommend it for families.Guest review byKerishaUnited Kingdom - 2.0

By far the worst experience of my life! I've traveled around the world for the last 50 years, but I had never experienced such a terrible experience as I did at the Howard Johnson EWA ! I strongly recommend you eliminate that hotel from the listing!Guest review byHiro ShibuyaJapan - 2.0

Bronx is a good place but the house and all the shenanigans about no one picking the call but texting only. I thought it was a hotel not knowing it’s a house in some dark places in Bronx. I texted the person back that I’m not interested because I feel uncomfortable and have asked for a refund of $203. Shiiii….Guest review byPhilip - 4.0
Lack of parking was very frustrating.
Lack of parking was very frustrating. We drove around for literally an hour looking for a place to park on a Sunday. Lots everywhere were empty but there were no attendants or it was just places that you were not allowed to park like weekend closed business, even though there was plenty of parking available in their lot. And then to be out on the street where there is zero parking available it was unbelievably frustrating. We cut our trip short and left at 6:00 in the morning because I was afraid of my car getting towed on Monday morning. Street signs were vague and all of them had limited days as well as limited hours that you could park on those days and none of them without a parking permit. Nothing would bring me back to Jersey City. Nothing.Guest review byPaxton - 10.0

Nice secure area, mind the pavements they may be bumpy (though getting fixed from time to time), close to NYC, tunnel takes its time but was never extreme, nice small neighborhoods, great view on NYC, nice shopping (mall, low price shops, dine-in)Guest review byVividAustria - 8.0

there were restuarants and shops close by. Bus stop into manhattan right outside and only 15 minutes into the city. For the price you pay to stay here plus travel its still much cheaper than staying in Manhattan.Guest review byVanessa23749South Africa - 6.0
