One of the rooms rented the A/C was not working, and the rep at the front desk was not frank about the real condition of the A/C. They finally moved my daughter and the girls in two rooms. The next morning, they demanded that we move back to the original room for 4. We refused and did not pay until all was squared away. The end of the saga is that we were able to stay in the two new rooms and only then I paid for the rooms. Our room also had issues with the A/C and eventually started working.
