Check in was easy, everything felt very modern and comfortable. There were plugs right next to each side of the bed for easy charging of devices. The standout of the room I booked was spa in the room was delightful to use and was actually quite powerful, a nice way to relax. The parking location is right next to the building and gated so you know your car is secure overnight.

Adelaide is a great place. The people are so friendly. Transport is easy to find and use, an amazing free bus & tram that circles the city. Driving is also very easy to do. A well planned city that is surrounded by amazing, picturesque parklands. Amazing restaurants and food. The 3 different winery areas all offer amazing experiences of wine, food, relaxation and art. Easy city to navigate & move around.

Easy city to navigate & move around. Public transport & FREE tram & city bus loops were very convenient. The tour of the Adelaide Oval was amazing. We don't follow any sport to any great extent, however this tour was very, very interesting. Brenton, the guide, just "reeled off" so many facts & figures from memory. The tour includes an inside tour of the Scoreboard. That was incredible. This tour is a MUST when you visit Adelaide.

Love Adelaide, we visit every two years on average. The Osmond was our first visit in this venue and we will return here! Great location and easy access with no parking problems. Very clean facilities and bonus Osmond Cafe on site: a great idea! Thoroughly recommended.

The former excellent old sandstone buildings and old worldly...

The former excellent old sandstone buildings and old worldly feel is there a bit but it is rapidly diminishing with high rise. The Festival Centre is just like any old sad looking theatre when it used to be so special like the Opera House and the Arts Centre in Melbourne. The Festival Centre is pretty poor with sad looking decor, few toilets and no atmosphere. What happened to the old Festival Centre surrounded by a plaza and areas to congregate and experience The Arts? Sydney and Melbourne have it so I'll avoid Adelaide for the Arts. Adelaide is depressing. The high rise and the Festival Centre squeezed into one block? Its awful. I would not stay there for a drink nor get there early. The theatre itself is daggy and down market. Couldn't wait to leave the Festival Centre. It used to be one of the best Arts Centres in Australia. Not now. Awful. The Ballet there that we saw was excellent.

I enjoyed my short visit to Adelaide to see the Viking Hoard at the SA Museum. I found using the trams the best way to get around, and the city zone is free. I also went to Glenelg, not so much to do there, it's probably better to visit in summer. The people are friendly and helpful, it felt like a big country town.

Disappointing - What previous guests thought, 1,029 reviews
The hotel is undoubtedly in a fabulous location in terms of proximity to the city, Rundell Mall, Casino and Adelaide Oval HOWEVER... the hotel is old, rundown, it smells and ALL rooms face Bank Steet which is exceptionally noisy. There's a lively bar right across the road which is jumping until all hours and the street noise is relentless. Do not stay without bringing earplugs. There's a very good reason why this place is cheaper than most.... in very much need of an upgrade!!

Booking the hotel was a breeze through the Booking.com app. The hotel was very easy to find, and conveniently located in the CBD. Everything was within walking distance, or easily accessible via public transport. The staff were great, and hotel was very clean and spacious. The hotel room was perfect for our family needs. Very comfortable stay. I have recommended the hotel to friends and family should they ever visit Adelaide!

The location was great - right near the Adelaide markets and a little bit away from the traffic of the northern part of the CBD. The hotel is new and everything's in good condition and works. The view was great from the 10th floor looking north towards the main part of the CBD. The little cafe/restaurant downstairs was cute, and the rooftop bar was a fun place to grab a drink.

The hotel's location is northwest of Adelaide CBD. Its close enough to the railway, casino and a few decent restaurants. A tram stop and bus stops are close by. George, who looks like the manager, is very helpful and knowledgeable. Kudos to the cleaning staff as well
