We had an amazing stay at the Elser Hotel! First of all let me mention how warm and pleasant our welcome was which we received firstly from Manuel Gonzalez who helped us with our Baggage and then at the reception from Jennifer!:) Jennifer helped us to find the great room for our family and throughout our stay she asked us if we are satisfied and made sure we are 100 % comfortable!:D Let me mention my thoughts about the room. The rooms were spacious and clean and perfect for our family we had a 3 Bedroom(also with 3 bathrooms 😱😂) apartment the rooms were modern- luxurious designed and also with a kitchen and all we needed for the kids. The view was amazing we had a sea and city view the full Miami experience! The pool and gym area was great too and one of the best I have been too in all of my Miami stays especially the staff was very attentive and friendly! The Beach was around 15 minutes away with Uber and the Elser Hotel offers access to a beach club in south beach which was very much appreciated by us!:D All in all this was my best Miami stay if you’re looking for a large apartment or a smaller one the Elser has it all😂💪 and I will definitely come back! Solid 10 /10!🙌

    Came for a cruise was there over night prior to the cruise. Just make sure you are aware what time the counter of your departing flight open see set in the Ft. Lauderdale airport for 5.5 hours before the counter opened so we can check in .

    I am not a big city person.

    I am not a big city person. Too much traffic and to many people for me but each to his own if you like this sort of thing, you will love Miami. Also, would help you if you could speak other languages I could not so it was hard to communicate during some of our interactions.

    I only go to Miami just to get a flight.

    I only go to Miami just to get a flight. Miami is not nice at all for me. Super expensive and not worth it. As you go out of Miami towards Aventura I like it more, and if going to Fort Lauderdale much better. Also I prefer to go to Naples, this place is paradise, but Miami is not nice at all for me (its almost a caos, full of people and very expensive). the other locations I mention have a better standard at a lower price.

    My family had a layover in Miami, we explored the Wynwood walls and the area around it, then headed to Little Havana and had a lovely stroll on Calle Ocho. Given the limted time, we saw quiet a lot and the overall experience was great!

    So different from everyday life with wonderful weather & exceptional views. Loved the shopping & also strolling round the waterfront at Bayside. All the people we came into contact with (including a lot of uber drivers) were so helpful & friendly. We stayed a few days prior to a cruise & a day after.

    Miami is amazing and there is a lot to do there.

    Miami is amazing and there is a lot to do there. You just have to take into account that there are many areas but in the end everything starts and ends at the sea or the pool. There is a selection of restaurants and just pay attention to the parking because it is a bit difficult with parking in Miami. Keep in mind that it can be rainy + hot together, especially from June to September, when there are also storms. Overall I liked it, but I suffered from the mosquitoes that bit me a lot, so it is better to buy an OFF book against mosquitoes at CVS. Enjoy!

    A very nice place to stay in Downtown Miami! We were continuing our Honeymoon tour on this was our last hotel before returning home! We nearly did not want to leave. Great facilities in our one bedroom apartment, reception does their best to attend to your needs and requests. Love the pool and the gym. Great place all in all! Exclusive Beach club access at Miami Beach.

    Hotel/Rooms very clean. Beds comfy. We had the best nights sleep here. Pool area nice. Location great and free parking. South beach etc all close by 20 min drive. Taxi only cost $18 to south beach. Cleaner was lovely, even though its stated rooms are cleaned every 3rd day, she always knocked with clean towels etc and asked if we needed anything.

    The hotel is both close to the airport, with free shuttle, and also close the bus terminal that takes you directly to Miami beach. The room was pretty comfortable and the food trucks nearby had honestly one of the best hot dogs I've ever eaten.
