Majority of the staff were overly helpful. The female staff in bar were very curt with guests.
The food in main restaurant was amazing. The spa was great, deep tissue massage, hot springs, and one indoor pool with hot tub and one outdoor pool heated very warm. Most staff feel like they were well trained in the “ritz Carlton” service where if they see something wasn’t right, they have the authority to fix it without going up to management. Other than the bar, all staff were amazing and went above and beyond.

The property was a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the Clifton Hill area and the Falls.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful answering questions, etc. The hotel was very clean and morning breakfast was good. The staff overseeing the breakfast kept area clean and were also very friendly.

We liked having two separate rooms, with a television in each one. We also appreciated the kitchen... nice to have a full fridge to keep our drinks/water cold, and to store our leftovers. We also liked that it is walking distance from the Outlet malls, and a close drive in to see shows at The Shaw Festival.

I love it! It is such a quaint little town. I would love to visit during other seasons. We stayed in winter, it was a bit rainy and foggy but absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed the afternoon tea at the hotel. What a wonderful experience! We also ate at the Irish Harp across the street from the hotel. It was delicious! I would definitely recommend both of those.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater,...
Just an absolutely wonderful place to visit for the theater, food, shopping, walking, and overall atmosphere. The Irish Harp and Angel Inn are great places for food, a pint, and music. Shaw Festival productions are the equal of any Broadway show. In the middle of Canadian Wine Country. We visit from the Finger Lakes in NYS at least once a year.

Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event.
Great place to visit, we actually make it a yearly event. From the hotel, everything you need is only a short walk from the door ! If you want a more elegant setting, the hotel dining area is for you. If you want to rub elbows with the locals, there are plenty of restaurants & dinners close by. The Shaw Theater is a five-minute walk from here, and the Royal George Theater is six minutes away. All in all, it's a great place to visit at any time of year !

Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, romantic little village that is vibrant and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed the shopping, theatre, restaurants, and took advantage of the warm weather with a nice long walk along the water's edge and checking out the historical landmarks along the way!

Wow, what a beautiful and friendly place.
Wow, what a beautiful and friendly place. As I walked around town, I did ask locals for directions which they were glad to offer...and to chat a while. Great shopping, especially if you love hats. I went to two different theatre performances -excellent. I also went on the town's Ghost Walk which is very informative. I went for Christmas activities of which this town has many. It was a Christmas experience of shopping, wonderful smells of foods and baked goods in the air, and not to mention decorations to rival Williamsburgh, VA. There are many wineries in the area, but I didn't partake, this trip. They had a Christmas tree decorating contest among businesses, but it wasn't well advertised for tourist to know to vote on them.

The hosts were wonderful - kind and informative and fun to talk to! They also recommended a winery where we had a fantastic time - definitely take them up on their recommendations! The food was delicious both mornings and there was great conversation with the other guests. There were always snacks available and the backyard was a lovely oasis with lots of options and areas for seating. It was a short walk, just a few blocks of beautiful houses, to downtown.
The breakfasts prepared by our hosts were exceptional, the best we've had anywhere on our travels. Each item was freshly prepared and served by the hosts; the offerings were delicious and plentiful. The "main" courses, ordered by the guests the night before, were hot and filling. Great coffee and teas were available all day. We stayed for two nights, taking day trips into town and the falls. Rooms were large and decorated decorated tastefully.
The breakfast was AMAZING! Best bacon ever, and the host was so sweet. He made gluten free vegan waffles (for a different guest) and I could just tell she was so grateful and she said they were delicious! He was super accommodating and very kind, my partner and I will definitely be booking again if we visit Niagara On the Lake again!
We had a great time at White Oaks! We only stayed one night during the week but it was very relaxing. We also always love shopping at the outlet mall which is so convenient from the hotel.
The swimming pool and hot tub were lovely.
The gym was huge! Not your typical resort gym. This has everything!
Our King room was also huge!
The location was beautiful, and our balcony had a water view. Lovely quiet neighborhood but easy to get to main falls area and NOTL. The breakfast was all homemade and luxury, and the host Sandra was lovely to talk to. She even recommended a great hike that we ended up doing on our last day. Everything exceeded expectations.
excellent storage for our bicycles. Convenient location between Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Amazing breakfast. Nice balcony to sit on in the evening outside of our room. Lovely large common area to relax in and for breakfast. Coffee, tea and unique small snacks were provided.
I love vintage hotels and every detail was beautiful. The location is the best you can get and the bed was super comfortable, I had a great sleep. I didn't end up having breakfast at the hotel, but will next time because it looked great.
Absolutely the best place we could have stayed on our trip. The breakfast was phenomenal, and so was our room. I don’t think any other bed and breakfast can compare to this place. Absolutely would stay here if we visit Canada again.
The very hearty breakfast was outstanding with homemade breads and pastries, fruit from the neighboring farms or from their gardens, and eggs from their chickens. The lovely house backed up to picturesque vineyards and a winery.
Breakfast was good, the price of this hotel was shameful. It's dark, old, has only double beds, the pillows were pitiful, the bathroom was not spotless, you could hear everything in the hallway and priced like a luxury hotel.
The hotel is located away in quiet, area but yet close enough for walk to main attractions. Easy access to roads leading to wineries and other sites.
Staff quite friendly and hotel clean. Food good at restaurant as well.
Great location. Only a 20-25 minute walk to down town shopping and restaurants. A 5 min walk to old winery restaurant. Beautiful outdoor seating areas. Fernando was a great host! Very warm and welcoming. Best french toast!
Lovely cozy motel perfectly situated for both Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls. Rooms are clean and well decorated, the beds are really comfortable. Good value for money in the region. I would recommend.
Excellent chef inspired 5 course Harvest dinner with wine pairing and in the coach house. Our stay was made so comfortable by the caring friendly staff and it is walking distance to Peller Estate winery.
Very clean. Hosts helpful when code would not open door and challenges with Wi-Fi. The location was very close to Niagara on the lake and we enjoyed the country side drive into town. I would come back.
