The hot water did not work and my son had to shower in cold water. Also there was a random stranger who kept knocking at my door trying to open it all night keeping my son and myself awake all night. I would like a refund please. I thought I had already brought this up to staff at the time of incident but I'm just now noticing that I had failed to follow through with keeping in touch and never received a email or call back from the company or management. Please keep me updated, thank you. I was happy with the stay up until we got there and had a horrible time from the start. I apologize. You can send the refund to the payment method used at the time of my stay please, thank you. -JOHN G.

Lovely sightseeing spot, and free access (don’t forget ID to get in!). We got the free bus from Hollywood downtown which came regularly up and back from Griffith observatory. The sights are beautiful, and perfect to see the Hollywood sign too. Easy to get the stroller around with a few steps here and there. Lots of options for lunch, however bit expensive. We went for when it opened and felt it wasn’t overly crowded the whole time. Really worth popping to see!

Great location if you want to visit Ktown. Our friends live nearby and we were able meet up and walk to dinner (lots of restaurants and shopping nearby). I also very much appreciated that they are dog friendly and DO NOT charge a pet fee. 9th floor mountain view room (927) had a beautiful view of the Hollywood hills, Griffith Observatory and the Hollywood sign. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The Griffith Observatory and the Walk of Fame are relatively nearby. The Target is one block away. The price is low considering the location.

The location is excellent for the Chinese Theatre 25 min walk) where you can pick up tours etc. Also an 18 minute drive to Griffith Observatory. There is a Trader Joe's 15 minutes walk away for food. There is a public pool very close open daily. The secure parking is great for a hire car.

In a convenient location close to Griffith Observatory. But it close to the main road and my room is just near the road, the noise is continuing whole night. The air conditioner is also so loud and I guess they installed this loud air conditioner on saving electricity purpose. I didn’t use it although I feel so hot when I was staying here. Except this, everything is fine because it is cheap and I have no more such reasons to be picky.

Location is a prime spot. It located only a few blocks away from Walk of Fame and Kodak theater in Hollywood, and not too far from West Hollywood. AND if you want to walk to the Griffith Observatory, it's only 5mins away.
