I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent stay at this hotel in Dubai, booked through your platform. I arrived early after traveling for over 17 hours, exhausted and looking forward to a short and peaceful visit. I had received a message from Booking.com indicating that the hotel would accommodate my early check-in request, which gave me relief and confidence in my booking. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was met with rudeness and complete lack of hospitality by the Deputy Manager, Bouvash. He refused to accommodate my early check-in, despite the low season and availability, and was dismissive of my situation. He was chatting with his colleagues while I explained my exhaustion, and showed no willingness to help. When I mentioned the message from Booking.com, he simply blamed both Booking and me, without offering any alternative or compassion. This experience forced me to leave the hotel and drive — while dangerously tired — to a nearby restaurant just to rest and recover. My short 2-day trip to Dubai started in an awful and stressful way, all due to this unacceptable behavior. I kindly ask that this issue be investigated seriously. I trusted Booking.com to provide me with reliable service and communication with its hotel partners, but in this case, the experience fell far below standard.

    Spent 4 full days, after Kenyan Safari. Unfortunately did not do a lot of visiting sites. Tired and just thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Did take a day trip to Abu Dhabi which was excellent . So very safe. Be prepared Dubai airport is huge, walked 3.2 miles from gate to baggage, should have grabbed a airport cart.

    It is not a city to visit within a budget because there are always things you need to spend extra money on. You cannot travel without Uber or renting a car. It can be annoying for women because when you try to ask a question to someone working at a hotel or anywhere else, they look at the man next to you, not at you, and ignore you.

    Just a 1-day stop-over from Australia. Extremely hot (>45°C), insane traffic on roads, nothing really interesting to see. "Museum of the Future" is nice to look at but showcased plans of the future very doubtful (energy transmitted as microwave beam from moon to earth? genetically modified plants to withstand the climate change?? flying drones with pilots for mass transit???) Burj Khalifa very underwhelming. Not nearly as impressive as Taipei 101, view from above nice but what do you see? Some older skyscrapers and: sand. Dubai Mall just a showcase of extravagance.

    Location was good. Next building is lulu supermarket. Whatever you need you can find all there. Area was very safe. Hotel staff are very helpful, very kind and smiling face. Room was clean. Whatever you need they are bringing in 5 minutes. Airport just 10 minutes. Dubai mall 20 mins. Only marina little bit far. Mark can solve your all problems about your transport:) you can trust him. He was the best.
