The property staff was very welcoming. The property itself offered us a romantic setting and held a lot of the old English charm. We greatly enjoyed the game room and the grounds. The location was also very peaceful.
In the waterside area of Evesham, this former 18th-century coaching inn offers free Wi-Fi and an on-site bar.

The charming decor and facilities immerses you a comforting feeling of the long history of The Northwick Arms. The beds were cozy, and the room space was much larger than expected, a pleasant change from the modern hotel box rooms.
The distance from the hotel into town was only a leisurely ten minute walk over Workman's Bridge. Extremely convenient.
Set in beautiful gardens, this 16th-century Tudor farmhouse offers charming rooms with attached bathroom, some with discounted rates. Stratford-upon-Avon is just 6 mi away.

The Wood Norton is a splendid Tudor manor house with beautiful surrounding gardens and annexes. Everything is very well kept and clean. The main building is oak paneled everywhere and give a wonderful glimpse of the lifestyle of English aristocracy by the turning of the XIXth century. Rooms in the annexes are less sumptuous but still excellent and cozy.

The only negative I have, is the tiled floor in the bedroom is a little slippery in socked feet. This is not the whole room but it does feel a little unsafe. Rooms were lovely and facilities were great. The host, Christine was lovely and chatty. Breakfast was great and you could choose what you wanted. Can’t rate it highly enough. We will definitely stay again and for more than one night. Great price for what you get.

Loved the park it was excellent for the dog and there was loads of parking there for people to stay as long as you like. People were having BBQ's on the river side and they were paddle boarding on the river. There was plenty of eateries and shops were there for your basic needs.

There's basic amenities at Bidford and a lovely big Riverside park, ideal for walkers and for family picnics. A bit of a bottleneck for traffic at rush hour though. Nice fish and chips sold a few minutes walk from the river by the bridge.

Bidford if used as a base for travelling to Stratford On Avon. Broadway or Evesham is ideal. Bidford itself is small. So would recommend it to be used as a base.
All three tourist areas are within easy reach by car.

Bidford very pretty lovely to walk by river on an evening after a meal out. Quite a few good restaurants to choose from in the area. We ate at the Balti Hut on the first evening and The Thatched Inn on the second evening, both excellent choices. Good location to travel into Stratford Upon Avon (15 mins) and Broadway in the Cotswolds (20 mins).
Really cute hotel, with guest houses making its own village around the main house. Very friendly atmosphere all in all, for us as for the dog. Emma did a great work with both massage and facials. Just a perfect location to hangout with a cute beer garden and charming building overall. I would recommend to others / go again myself. They seemed to also offer both in and outdoor games so could imagine a fun weekend with a group too, with a vineyard just down the road and hotel offering -50% happy hours of their own gins etc
Stayed at the Cider House Accommodation near Bidford on Avon.
Would highly recommend to anyone stopping in the area who are looking to explore Stratford, Warwick, and other towns. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, tidy, and great to spend time relaxing.
There is wheelchair access at the side of building. Two small steps in access main door but once inside the layout is one flat surface
A lovely hotel that is very dog-friendly and serves excellent food. Our only issue with our stay was that the meal service was extremely slow. We were sitting in the Conservatory as we had our dog with us. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the service was slow. Perhaps this was because it was a Sunday evening? Other than this we had a very pleasant time.
The room was stuffy and hot and I couldn't breath properly.
Upstairs was very noisy with footsteps and creaky floor which made it impossible to sleep well.
The breakfast was good nothing special to speak about.
The beds were very comfortable and soft.
I am slightly disabled and think that your hotel does not cater for someone like me and a mobility scooter.
We stayed over Christmas and the moment we entered the hotel the cosines and the feeling of being at home was there (big fresh Christmas tree, the aroma of mulled wine and super friendly, lovely staff. Every wish was fulfilled and the food was just perfect, every meal was delicious. My husband said that the bed was the most comfortable ever (he likes it soft)
Beautiful cottage in the heart of Bidford. It was self-catering and we were pleased with the kitchen appliances so we could make coffee and brunch in the morning. Hosts were very helpful and even provided umbrellas on a rainy evening! Would definitely recommend.
