A beautiful guest house , Mark and Richard are kind and friendly hosts. The King Size poster bed room was absolutely spotless and included toiletries and the most gorgeous bed with amazing soft pillows.
Lovely shower with plenty of hot water , the room has a welcome addition of a coffee machine .
We stayed for one night and woke to be delivered to the door a delicious continental breakfast.

Such a very cute boutique style room. Every need was catered for and was perfect for what we needed! All the little touches were really appreciated - you can tell a lot of thought and effort has gone into making it a lovely stay.

Littlehampton and the nearby coast are perfect for a traditional family holiday, The beaches are both sandy and pebbly; the nearby South Downs has many places to explore. One can hike, cycle, visit interesting places to (even a Roman villa!), Arundel Castle, the Wetlands centre and many more.

The town was a little scary at times as some locals were a bit undesirable.
The RNLI cafe served lovely food until 5 while we were there. There were a lot of take away places but only a few restaurants and those were not what we were looking for.
There was a station with access to coastal places.Road connections were good.
The beach was stony to the west but provided a lovely walk along the coast.

Staying at Littlehampton allows you to explore beaches with both pebble and white sand dunes.
The small town with market and charity shops are just perfect if you need some relaxing days. If you’re more adventurous there’s always the sea with kite surfing and many other activities to try.
If you want to explore the surroundings you have Arundel castle within a few minutes by car. Or take a walk along the river Arun. If you’re like us, travelling from abroad without a car, the train to Gatwick is just a bit over an hour, which is a bonus.

Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton.
Really enjoyed our visit to LIttlehampton. The beach was great and very clean and there was still plenty of little shops and cafes open even at the end of October. Lots of things to do in the local area as well which is great if you are holidaying with a family.

The Littlehampton beach - with a great stretch of sand when the tide is out - is great when the weather is good. The riverside walk is scenic, easy to access and has plenty of benches to stop and admire the view. There are a number of good eating places available. Littlehampton is also a good base to stay for exploring the wider area for a day e.g. Arundel, Bognor Regis or even Chichester.
I used this guest house as a base for visiting the Goodwood Revival event, for which it was just about perfect. The station is only a few minutes walk, and the train and shuttle service to Goodwood was a great way to avoid the traffic jams going in and out. My room had a view of the lovely garden, and the seafront and the pleasant river walk are very close by. The host was friendly and helpful, responding quickly to messages, and was very accommodating when my incoming flight was delayed. I would definitely stay here again.
Room was nice and big, so was the shower room 😁
The guy who booked us in, made room for 10 of my family members to have a meal in the bar, this guy pulled all the stops out, even tho there was a Christmas party going on in the restaurant and the World Cup final was playing in the bar,
Big big thank you to this guy and the staff,
We all traveled down from the north of England, me and my mother stayed at Arun view
And other family members stayed else where in Littlehampton.
The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hosts were really lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the b and b to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Breakfast was delicious, all prepared to order and very high quality. Lovely little touches in the rooms and a great location for Littlehampton, Rustington and Arundel. A stunning place.
We stayed in basement room. It was very cosy with chic dark interior, beautiful furniture and great lighting. Very clean, everything looks neat not even any usual crap grouting in the bathroom. Hosts were very helpful and sorted a few extras quickly. Most well maintained little hotel and lovely hand-written cards with breakfast. So touched by their hospitality :)
Situated a couple of minutes walk from the sea front & river. Just around from Pier Street which has tables and chairs outside now in the road.
The hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely little touches like snacks along with the normal tea and coffee.
Lovely big soft towels and space to sit at a table in comfy chairs if you wish. Lovely spacious bathroom.
Located right across from the beach and within walking distance to places to eat. Loved that parking was so easy and close-by (across the street) and had an excellent breakfast with a choice of in the room or in the lounge - we picked lounge and were the only ones who did that day but it was a lovely lounge and a great breakfast. Very comfortable rooms.
Fantastic front line location. Great for beach lovers, walkers, and watersports enthusiasts.
Littlehampton is a great base for exploring the Sussex coast, easily accessible by road and rail. The town centre and shops were only 10 minutes walk and there were plenty of choices for restaurants.
On street parking was easily available nearby.
Very comfortable, small hotel within a few steps of the beach. Lovely, clean room with a good bathroom with walk-in shower. Large, modern bar and restaurant area that serves a delicious breakfast - although it doesn't say so on the site, breakfast is included in the room rate. Staff friendly and welcoming and could not be more helpful.
We had a lovely stay, the room was cosy, quiet, huge bed, black out curtain which kept the light out in the morning. Very helpful and welcoming host. Location was amazing, sea view from the lounging area and 2 mins walk to the beach. Absolutely no complaints, would stay here again if we are in Littlehampton. Thank you
Mark and Richard are delightful!! and they ensure your stay is top notch. Our room was exceptional, with all the details you’d expect from a 5 star hotel—the bed, the linens, and a deliciously balanced breakfast. We loved all the tips they shared on the area as well…super helpful tour guides!!
Breakfast was really very very good. Hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. Room was comfy and pillows and bed led to a good nights sleep. Location opposite the East beach and the property provided free parking across the road via a permit. Thoroughly good stay.
Lovely clean house with lovely sunny garden. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds super comfy. Great space for our trip for me, my mother, sister and our 3 children. Tom was also very accommodating allowing us to check in early when we arrived in Littlehampton.
Spacious, super clean, comfortable and modern.
Everything you could need & more!
Lamorna exceeded my expectations.
Perfect base for what we needed. It will be my first choice when visiting Littlehampton & Rustington again.
Freshly designed, sparkling clean and well kept place with helpful hosts! Scrumptious food in the nearby East Beach Cafe. You wouldn't like to stay in a 4 star chain hotel instead... We are definitely coming back!
The location of the hotel was excellent. The bedrooom was quite spacious (albeit there was no wardrobe) and the bed itself was reasonably comfortable. It was good to have tea/coffee making facility in the room.
