Friendly receptionists, funny, ready to help and provide information, always joyful. It was a pleasure to talk to both I met overthere. The same with the breakfast personel; clean smiling always ready to listen the customer wish. |

It was the second time I stayed at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. I have claustrophobia and they were more than helpful in arranging for me to have a room with a balcony overlooking the square. The reception area had been redecorated and very nice. The duty manager David was very kind and allowed me to view three rooms. Also a very nice touch was the welcome back card in my room. No bed covers on the beds just sheets. |

Good value for your money, location, friendly staff Wifi in the room instead of just in the main lobby. But it was still a wonderful hotel. |

The room was uncomfortably hot and therefore myself and the other 2 guests staying with me did not sleep very well. We left the window open all night and left a fan on but it was still hot. Also the cold water tap in the bathroom ran warm water. |

Excellent value for money. Very friendly and efficient young team for whom nothing was too much trouble. Pretty Victorian townhouse, spotlessly clean, with a varied buffet breakfast included in the room price. 5 minutes walk from Victoria coach station, 10 minutes from the rail station, but very quiet for such a central location. I'll definitely use it again. Common parts too hot (in October). |

The reception staff was outstanding. The hostess in the dining room was also outstanding the room we stayed in (329) could stand to be upgraded. |

As I have an allergy to both Milk and Bread I was concerned about only having a Continental Breakfast however the waitress was thoughtful and provided Alpro Soya instead of Yogurts. |

The area was very good. Travel to visitor attractions in London was excelent, due to the proximity of Victoria Rail &Tube. We were in a 3 bed room and felt the room was small for 3 persons but adequate. |

Good situation with attractive entrance; Lounge with papers and coffee;Helpful staff;excellant food although booking form did not mske clear that high quality buffet breakfast was included in room charge The bedroom (395) was very hot even with window open. fan provided helped to make it bearable;non of the fire doors had intumescent and smoke strips and therefore did not give satisfactory protection to guests in case of fire.Shall not staay here again until improvements are made. |

Staff was very helpful and freindly. We had several items in the room that did not work. The TV volume was broken, the remote control did not work and there were no alarm clocks in the room. |
