Very convenient to Victoria station. Our first room booked at short notice was in the basement was tiny and you had to creep under the television to get to the toilet next door. Very hot and stifling. Room booked through Booking.com was on second floor of building, steps very steep, lift only to first floor, plumbing appalling hot water in cold taps, carpets old, room was cramped as it had three beds in it and we only booked a room for two people. Breakfast room clean and appealing, good service and food and coffee good. |

Location was ideal for me as my business was in Victoria. Room facilities were fine and the breakfast was delicious - staff were also very friendly and efficient. It was very very hot in London while was there which made my room on the fourth floor feel like a furnace so thankfully there was a fan in there - it helped a little but the heat and humidity was awful - still that was a problem for everyone in London that week but it made sleeping difficult. |

Very friendly staff; pleasant location with access to private gardens of Eccleston Square Very old TV in bedroom with very poor reception; needs upgrading and more channel availability. Room OK but too small |

We often felt we were put-off by the staff who didn't have time for our questions. Yes, the lift was inadequate, our wash machine didn't work and we had to move rooms, we had no dryer once we were moved, no comforter for the bed, we had to go and get it from the other room, in the second room we had no dishwasher, we also had no wash machine soap-which I had to get fom the previous room. |

Beds were comfy, staff welcoming. A bit dissapointed to be in what seemed to be the back room. Three of us in room, only enough room for beds! Pictures on website told a vert different story. Lounge didn't even have the same furniture never mind the bedrooms. |

Locality to Central London 10 minute walk to Buckingham palace with Victoria Coach and Rail/Tube on the door step. The staff are very helpful / freindly allowing us to leave luggage early 8-00 am and late on day of departure whilst we did last minute sightseeing. The Hotel advised price in room £4 less than booking .com which included full english breakfast and the buffet advised by booking.com at the dearer price turned out to be continental ( however was good quality food and waitress service). |

It was in a good location because it is close to Victoria Station, we asked the girl at reception for directions to a restaurant and she could'nt of been any more helpful. |

Tired decoration, wet paint in the corridors. Better value hotels nearby. |

location to Victoria Station was perfect! Great pubs near by. Wish the room had held the same high standards as the lobby and entrance to the hotel. Rooms were clean but outdated. |

Convenient for the coach station, underground and main railway. Clean, breakfast good. Did not like the basement room that we were given owing to the noise of the lift and people passing to the breakfast room. |

Comprised of 3 renovated Georgian-style town houses, our well-located hotel is excellently positioned for Victoria train and coach stations, and for exploring the sights of the capital. |
Best Western Victoria Palace is a newly refurbished and modernly decorated hotel in the heart of London, rated 3-star. |
The Georgian House Hotel is a pretty hotel run by the same family since 1851, but with modern day comforts. |
With an excellent central London location, next to Gloucester Road London Underground Station the hotel offers friendly, personalised service and air-conditioned en suite rooms at great-value prices. |
