The manor is quite stylilsh, in a secluded place and far away from the buzz. The gardens look nice and they have all things you might need at spot: bar, restaurant, and spa.

A spacious room and bathroom with oodles of olde world charm. The staff were lovely and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home.

Debbie is a lovely host. She shares her home with a very warm welcome. The bed was super comfy and the room had everything I needed. Don't expect 5* luxury, it's basic and homely, but it's clean and comfortable and Debbie makes the most generous breakfast I've ever had in a B&B!

Very clean and comfortable and great pool and gym. Good for parking -safer than many hotels I have stayed-very important.Lovely staff, food, facilities, room, ambience, but FREEZING temperatures in shared areas spoilt stay as like a lot of other guests we had to stay in our rooms to keep warm.

The staff were absolutely lovely..
The food was delicious and hot..
My only complaint was the over the bath shower.
As a disabled person.. it should have been wet room. Climbing into a bath was difficult and dangerous.. but the pressure of the shower was extremely powerful and enjoyable..the sunrise was beautiful

Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom.
Very clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Front desk assistance was very professional and the cleaning staff does an impeccable job. If you want a great snack or meal, skip the bar area. Perhaps try something nearby. It didn’t appear to have anywhere to eat within walking distance, but the town does have various dining options.

the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the hotel (champneys) was amazing ,
the outlet village was excellent , very clean , lots of choice , great restaurants for lunch , parking was cheap at £2.00 for every 4 hours .
never ventured into the city centre so can't comment on that .
The little house has modern furnishings, 4 bedrooms that easily fit 6 adults and 2 bathrooms. The beds, while quite small and very soft, were actually comfortable. The location is on a quiet residential street, right next to a grocery store, a few minutes walk to the centre of Ashford and 15 minutes walk to the train station. We encountered issues during our stay and had to contact the property management who were responding very fast and sent a maintenance guy who was also very polite.
There is no doubt that the setting at Eastwell Manor is spectacular. But we chose the hotel for its proximity to Godmersham, which we were there to see as part of a Jane Austen tour. We took advantage of the nearby footpaths for a lovely walk and rather than make a reservation for a formal dinner we ate at a nearby pub. The breakfast was spectacular (I had the porridge) and we both enjoyed sitting in the beautiful dining room with garden views.
We loved the private quiet feel and view onto the small orchard. The hosts were very welcoming and on arrival we were greeted by beautiful flowers and a generous welcome pack, including their own home produced ice creams. Very well thought out and lovely decor - v comfy too. Access to the family's tennis court is also an added extra, with rackets and balls supplied on request. The location is great for exploring Kent. Thank you Sally and Robin!
A beautiful cottage in a great location in Ashford, just a couple minute drive to the designer outlet.
lovely comfortable beds, very clean throughout with all facilities provided I.e linen, towels, utensils. great instructions from the owner on how to find the property & gaining access with a good information pack inside the cottage explaining everything with useful information.
would definitely recommend & stay here again.
Sue and Martin and their staff were great hosts and were very accommodating in letting us use their BBQ and for letting us store a bike rack. The house and grounds are lovely as the bright rooms and big garden with plenty of games really helped us to enjoy the sunny dry weather. The location is ideal for exploring Kent as throughout the week we headed to Dover, Dymchurch, Leeds Castle and Broadstairs.
Debbie is super welcoming and friendly. As there was no one staying in the other room I got upgraded and couldn’t ask for more. The room was quiet and had everything you would need for a night. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was unbeatable with a huge variety and she was sensitive to dietary requirements. Safe parking in the drive. Will be my go-to place to stay for Ashford!
This property has everything! Large comfortable en-suite rooms, choice of breakfast …full or light, communal kitchen to microwave dinner if you want, lovely view of the Kent Downs, large outside lawn for playing, less than 30 mins to the beach!
We extended our stay from 2 to 5 nights and were happy we did.
Thanks Sue and Martin!
Wonderful retreat in a lovely part of Kent.
We arrived and automatically felt relaxed.
The hut as lots of lovely luxuries which make the stay even more special.
We would love to come back.
I am not in a position to comment on the actual service and state of the hotel, as I did not stay there myself.
My observations are purely with regard to reception and finance - see below.
The host was amazing. The room was very cozy and comfortable with mini fridge. Would recommend everyone going to Ashford to plan there accomodation at Debbie's digs.
Good location to explore Kent if you are by car. Personnel always smiley and helpful, you just have to be able to understand what they say with their thick accent
