The rooms I stayed in had stunning views.
The breakfast spread was great!
The hotel is pretty close to the train station, historic sites, restaurants, etc. And it is easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow airport.
Great pictures inside the rooms.

Manteca restaurant next to the hotel is lively with amazing atmosphere/staff and delicious small plates highly recommend booking necessary. Finished off night at Blues Kitchen live soul jazz music, fantastic DJ set from 10pm. Rooftop at hotel is lovely, managed separately so you will have to pay rather than adding to room bill but no problem. Comfortable beds. We had breakfast at the Bike Shed a 4 min walk from hotel which was very good. You can also have 2 for 1 cocktails 5-7pm weekdays at the Bike Shed before meal.

Shops and all similar places are very expensive.
Shops and all similar places are very expensive. First of all, you should look at several options, because just a few meters from one object, you may find something a few pounds cheaper, which can be significant for you in the end. Also ask for the price of the product if it's not written on or next to it because you might be surprised (plus ask for the receipt so you don't think it's a scam because London is a really expensive place).
We had a very hard time finding specific coffee that is served in Croatia and nearby places, for example in cafes - we only found it in a restaurant. Also, chocolates of a specific size were not available in all places. In any case, the city is huge and very connected by subway and everything you want can be found.

It is looking a bit shabby compared to before Covid.
It is looking a bit shabby compared to before Covid. It is also less safe and you feel this in the evenings. Whilst we were there there were several knife attacks, there were several demonstrations, the traffic was bad to start with but became impossible with the demonstrations. It is no longer a world leading city, I would suggest other places in UK would probably be nicer. It really needs improving and some decent leadership, very sad to see. :-(

London has always been a bucket list destination, and it did not disappoint at all. Getting around London, and to/from the airport was so simple and stress free. This was a short trip to see musicals, and they were great.
The Novello Theatre was beautiful, but unless we could get box seats, we would not go there again. We had a very hard time even seeing the stage due to the way the seats are. Everyone in front of you had to lean forward to see, which made it even harder for those behind, especially those of us that are short, with tall people in front. We did not have this problem at any of the others.
Waterstones bookstore was across from hotel, if you love books, you want to go there. We mailed books to our family in the U.S., they received them 2 days later.
All food was great, all over, so we cannot highlight just one!
We didn't see anything I would avoid on this trip, but will be going back for a much longer one later in the year.
We would reccomend allowing PLENTY of time to get to Stansted flying out, the passport/visa line was very slow moving. We always anticipate this could happen, and we were fine, but there was so many in front of us that did not allow enough time, and missed their flights. I felt sorry for the agents working the line/counter, people were not being very nice to them, instead of owning their own lack of due diligence, and moving on, I am taking 2 out of every 5 with flights leaving in 5 to 15 minutes, and they still had to check in and go through security, expecting staff to wave a wand and get them on a flight that had closed gates already. Check your travel, make sure there are no strikes, so you have a plan!! We flew into Luton, so I am not sure, but I will say that Stansted is nice and has PLENTY to occupy your time while waiting for your flight.

I've been to London before and always had an incredible time. There is so much art and history, and all the museums are all spectacular and free to attend. One should especially spend a few hours at each of the following;
Victoria and Albert Museum,
the Natural History Museum,
the National Portrait Gallery,
the National Gallery &
the British Museum.
There are many many more too. You can watch theatre too, either an expensive or cheap show. The tube system is easy to navigate after the first day. I've been when it's very nice weather & very cold weather. Your experience will be ruined if you don't have a warm enough coat!!
Check out Piccadilly circus, Oxford Circus, big Ben and Westminster abbey, Saint Paul's Cathedral and then cross the Millennial bridge to Shakespeare's Globe and you can get a good photo of tower bridge there too.

I was there for business.
I was there for business. No time to visit except Tate Modern that was used to be more surprising. Now it looks like an handbook. Too bad. Still with scattered masterpieces though. It always worth visiting.
Apartments are very nice (newly renovated, I assume), well taken care of and quite spacious by London's standards. The kitchenette has all basic things to prepare simple meals (even salt and pepper were available) and the hotel provides you with a laundry room to use free of cost. Very nice area around the hotel with typical Victorian architecture and lots of small parks (although private ones). 5 min walk to Earl's Court underground, many eateries around it and 5 min to a very big supermarket: Sainsbury's. Totally recommended!
The staff was very helpful, letting me stow my luggage before checking in and after checking out. The breakfast was adequate, but not like the full English breakfast I've had on other trips to England. (However, apparently, very few B & B's and hotels are serving the full breakfast anymore, at least as a part of your room charge.) The location is very convenient with the proximity to the Victoria Coach Station and train station, making it very easy to get around London. Also, the cost for 6 nights in London was exceptional.
Location of hotel is just perfect for London sightseeing. Underground station 5mns walking distance from the hotel. Extremely easy and cheap to ride from and to Heathrow airport with subway direct on Picadilly line. Happy to find a (rare) twin bedded room, comfortable and clean, with small kitchen to handle breakfast or quick meal. multiple convenience food stores in the street and restaurants around. Professional and pleasant reception staff, night and day !
I really enjoyed this hotel when I stayed there for three days several days before. I went off to the southwest of England and returned to the Sloane Square Hotel for one night as I had an early flight back to New York. I had an excellent room that overlooked Sloane Square but was very quiet. Great staff at the front desk that warmly welcomed me back to the hotel. This is a "real find" in an excellent location in London. I definitely plan to return.
Great choice for a short trip. Cozy and welcoming; very familiar atmosphere and friendly staff. Loved the decoration. My sister and I stayed at Room 22. Not many hotels with twin beds! Great location, near to cafes and restaurants, but quiet at night. Close to Paddington station (final stop Heathrow Express). Easy to get to Central London: close to three Underground stations and bus stops. There are bigger, more expensive rooms for couples too.
The best location! Near 3 train stations including tube. Easy access to Soho and shopping areas. Eventhough there are some homeless at church but didn't make feel unsafe at all! The Staffs are truly nice which is rare in London. They are helpful and friendly. Feeling so welcome. Been to many hotels in London and this one is the best so far. Good wifi. Elevator. Bus stop in front of hotel. You could ask staffs to store produces in fridge.
Location, price, cleanliness is a big one! I've stayed in the cheaper hotels in London and they have been horrible. This is the execption. Keep up the cleanliness and fair price. I will keep coming back.
Great for lone travellers, maybe a couple of friends in town for a show or concert. I probably wouldn't stay here for a holiday with my family.
The location was extremely convenient for connecting with the Heathrow express, and a good price for London. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was actually unusually soft for a hotel room. We found the sound of the tube (which seems to run under the hotel) rather soothing, like a periodic thunder storm.
Feels like a high-end hotel, good tea+coffee+hot chocolate options in room, free toiletries, high tech. One of the cheapest hotels in london. Decided to try it after having a few bad experiences with a large hotel chain and would definitely make this choice again. Great location for nearby theatres.
Most I liked the breakfasts - what an exceptional menu and tastes. Not a buffet menu you usually see at hotels.
Generally, a lovely small hotel in an authentic London building. If your not a fan of queeky floors, for example, it's not your place. I loved it because I felt like at home.
The location is very good. Just next to Westfield and there are lots of restaurants and attractions around the place. The hotel was quiet and nice and it contain a spa. Rooms were quiet with good noise cancellations in the contrary with most of the other hotels that I tried in London.
Everything. It’s are 3rd time staying here. My husband and I come to London often and we’ve tried other hotels but we love our stays at the Montana It’s conveniently located and extremely clean and the staff is super kind.
The breakfast! I'll starting booking Point A hotels while in London because of the breakfast. One of the few places in England with fresh fruit.
But overall, with good customer service, the rooms clean and comfortable.
The room was very small although it was pretty central to London so great for accessing other districts. The shower was very good quality which was unexpected by these sorts of cheap hotels in London.
The hotel was perfect for visiting the office. The staff are what makes this hotel excellent. They couldn’t be more helpful. I’m definitely going to stay here again when visiting the London office.
Location is great, being just off the main areas in central London. For a central hotel, the rates were reasonable and much cheaper than other hotels we considered.
CitizenM is one of the best hotels in London - it's so comfy and wonderful. Also so centrally located. I love staying there and would definitely stay again
The property is very clean, comfortable, and spacious compared to other London hotels.
