The breakfast was brilliant, but more so because of the friendliness of the staff. There was an older genteman who was incredibly helpful and attentive.

Where do I start! The hosts were fabulous, the house was unreal!! Even the smallest of details were thought of, we all loved the Harry Potter movies, books, board games, room decor, even the tin of biscuits left out for us! We had an absolute ball and it all started the minute we walked into Harry's House!!
The location is ideal (we were lazy and ordered takeout delivered to the door in the evening!)
From start to finish this was just a fantastic experience, we're telling anyone who will listen "if you're going to Watford you need to stay here!!"

We went to Watford purely for a family visit as this is where we used to live. It was great to go back and revisit some of our old favourite places and acted as a good base for us to travel out to other surrounding locations. I would however not recommend for a holiday destination as the main town centre has very few shops etc or much to see.
Great location for train line into London etc.

Watford is a great location from which you can access London. There are lots of different restaurants, shops and activities easily accessed in the centre of town. We found Watford was a great base to stay as it provided superb access to the Warner Bros Studios and the Harry Potter tour.

I visited Watford for work.
I visited Watford for work. The apartment was centrally located and it was easy to walk everywhere. Good mix of coffee, food and bar options within a couple of minutes walk, some chains and some independent. Easy parking.
We were looking into place to sleep while visiting the Warner Bros. studios tour and the Leonardo hotel was a very good option, at less than 10 mins walk to Watford Junction from where one can catch the shuttle to the studios. The breakfast was excellent and we also enjoyed a couple of pints in the evening. You wouldn't say so, but the livelier part of Watford is just around the corner so it seems a good spot from which to explore as well.
This apartment is perfectly located. We had tickets for WB Harry Potter studio tour, the apartment is perfect for that. We had a day in London before yhe tour, apartment 2 Mins from Watford Junction, really cheap to get into Euston. We will stay here again for weekends in London because the price is amazing compared to London properties and so much more included in an apartment. Hitesh is an excellent owner, loved chatting with him
Peter is an amazing owner, tells you what you need to know to move with the public service. it’s not a 5 stars hotel, but it’s comfy , warm and tidy. very good breakfast, you have to manage by yourself, but there are lots of choices. close enough to the underground either you can catch a Uber to watford junction for 6$ or by walk within 20 min. The room was big enough , with all the necessary in. very good stay.
Lovely friendly staff who helped us out
The bed was soooo comfortable and room was spotless
Breakfast was amazing 👏 best bacon ever 😋
The hotel was a quick walk (3/4mins) from Watford junction which was ideal for us getting the tour bus that took us to the harry potter tour 😀 we loved it.
We got chips and took them to the room after HP tour as we where exhausted after it and they where lovely 😍
the pictures don’t do the apartment justice! the space the facilities and the location ( near Watford junction ) and near the atria shopping centre with lots of places to dine and 2 too shisha lounges.
we went on a warm weekend , fan in every room and the lounge and good ventilation in each room ( window close to your bed with little outside noise)
Amazon fire stick available for Netflix , prime etc
Loved the stay, the apartment lookes like it was freshly renovated, it's super comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated. It's just a couple of minutes walk from the Watford Junction station, close to supermarkets. Perfect stay to relax after the whole day at Warner Bros;) Easy self check in and good contact with the host, 2 local pubs just around the corner. 100% recomendable!
The property is near Watford town so I was able to do what I wanted to do in town without using my car. The staff to the property are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel that you are in the right place. The whole house is warm, rooms are very big and the carpet floor is very nice.

Location is smack on the centre of Watford and it’s 15 mins away from Watford Junction Train Station. Everything is supplied by the owner. Food wise, if you do not fancy cooking plenty of options outside. Shopping center is 2 mins away.
Very nice appartment, excellent location, few minutes walking from watford Junction, the mall, Tesco. Host is very caring always available...
We stayed with two kids, and it was perfect. Perfect neighborhood very nice and quiet.
Great apartment for a brief stay in Watford. Our host was very accommodating and met us on arrival to let us check in a bit earlier than expected. Apartment was clean and quiet and walking distance to market, restaurants, etc.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, . Location is good 12 minutes walking from Watford junction to the hotel and you can walk to the city too where all the shops are near by.
A very conveniently located hotel with excellent staff and service. I didn't use any of the facilities beyond the room, breakfast area, and bar but, all of those were excellent.
