Staff were very friendly and helpful
Needs a bit of an update but adequate
Room was comfortable and staff very welcoming.
Everything was good.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The room was really nice and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.
We stayed at Croxley Green because we were visiting Harry Potter World for our daughter's 13th birthday. It was a great location - only 15 minutes from Warner Studios. We found the staff at the hotel extremely helpful and friendly. We returned from Harry Potter quite late but were able to have a meal in the hotel restaurant. It was delicious and the staff provided a birthday desert with a candle for our daughter. Breakfast was fab - loads of choice and plenty of it.
The only issue we had was the temperature of our room. It was extremely warm. The hotel had provided a small fan but it didn't make much difference. Other than that everything else was great.
Central location, easy parking, free breakfast for children, good valued meals
Only half an hour of fee wifi when it actually cost the hotel nothing to provide to start with.
friendly staff , good breakfast
no air con in room , just about comfortable with fan on and window open
Good price, ok location for Harry potter and legoland . Nice brewers fayre onsite. Pleasant helpful staff.
N/a as we had no issues or anything and would go again.
Friendly staff. Spotlessly clean Well appointed rooms with very comfortable beds.
Friendly Staff Very Clean Nice atmosphere Value for money
Both reception staff and breakfast staff extremely courteous and helpful. Think we even saw the Manager at breakfast who asked us if we were enjoying our stay.
Not much to complain about really.
Mattress on bed and quilt heavy and flat
Bed a bit on the hard side for me
Good friendly service, excellent room for a family of fours
Noisy near business park
Reasonable price. Free car parking. Friendly helpful staff especially Jackie the waitress. Good breakfast. Clean and tidy.
Bit of a trek to tube stations. Both Croxley and Watford. Address for hotel says Croxley Green. Crowley Green is £10 taxi ride away. It does have a clue of good pubs though. Air con broke so rooms too hot.
The staff were very friendly, chatty and very welcoming
Needed new mattress and kettle lid was lose which came of in your hand
The staff were nice and the room was very clean
The lack of tea and coffee in the room
The staff were very friendly and helpful
Our room faced the road and you could hear the traffic all night
Breakfast Quiet Good size rooms Wifi available at good price
Too strong air conditioning Bathroom should have a mixer for hot-cold water Mini fridge not available Laundry service not available
Staff could no give much information on getting around locally (public transport etc) Staff gave wrong answers in regards to general premier inn queries (e.g. internet) not enough staff in restaurant especially at dinner time. long waits on getting served (especially troublesome with kids) and not all options on the menu were offered Food was of low standard generally breakfast was ok. bacon undercooked though. definitely not crips.
nice to have a fan in the room
duvet was too heavy and hot and sheet was too light - useful to have a light covering as a choice
Chef run out of food at breakfast.
Speed of check-in Room size and comfort Food quality
Service in the restaurant
Simple straightforward hotel with no particular frills. Rooms clean and tidy.
The bed seemed to have a mind of its own and the odd spring would go boing in the middle of the night even though we were lying still - made us laugh in the end but not what you might expect in a hotel. The continental breakfast was lacking in any cold meats or cheeses.
Great value on the breakfast Helpful staff for travel details to London.
Service during breakfast time
Carpet could be much cleaner
