This property was a surprise! The room was huge and looked like something from a medieval castle. Our hostess was extremely friendly and helpful. She even set up an olive oil and wine tasting excursion for us.

We recently stayed at Tenuta degli Obizzi and had a pleasant experience. While we had some difficulty finding the place when we arrived late at night, the location itself was lovely and situated in a peaceful village. The apartments were acceptably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the outdoor amenities, which added to the overall charm of the place. The price was also reasonable, making it a great value for money option. Overall, I recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a quiet village.

This is a small quaint mountain village surrounded by a wall. Parking for visitors is outside the wall. There is an old fortress Rocca di Montecarlo which is privately owned and open to visitors on weekends only. The Teatro dei Rassicurati (Theatre of the Reassured) must be the tiniest theatre ever and has an interesting history. The staff of the Tourist Office have a key and you can go inside free of charge. The Main Street is Via Romana and from the small square you get wonderful views over the countryside. The bell of the tower chimes every hour and can be seen for miles around. There are plenty of eating places and we saw quite a few visitors, some had come by bicycle, and we even saw a bus tour. Olive groves and vineyards are a common sight.

Small village but with a very interesting fortress which is worth a visit. The view from the top is marvellous. There is a limited number of eating establishments but the ones we went to, La Terrazza and Ristrovino, were excellent.
No breakfast served. This is an one bedroom apartment.
The location was excellent for me because many of my activities were around San Salvatore, Monte Carlo and an event place, Casolare dei Fiori, nearby. I could walk to them.
It was quiet. Easy to get to sleep.
The family that owns the house checked in with me to make sure everything was okay. They also picked me up and took me to the train station which is about 3/4 mile away. Nice touch!
Plenty of clothes hangers. Many places only have a few.
Good WiFi.
The place is fabulous, exceeded our expectations. From the first moment we were treated with great hospitality like family members. Hosts are friedly and helpful. Place is very clean. Kids spent lovely time with a lot of activities on place. Breakfast was plentiful and extraordinary with a local delicious organic food planted by hosts. Pool is very good for kids and very clean. Wifi very quick. A walking distance - 15 minutes to Montecarlo.
The swimming pool is deep (2,55 meters) and has a separate jacuzzi as well, making this an excellent location to chill. The attached wine farm and restaurant are of a good quality, you can sit and have dinner with a baby monitor on your table. Staff got us a table despite our late arrival. There was a mini bar. Montecarlo is just around the corner and is really nice, Luca is worth a visit too.
The property is located on a quiet place some 10 min walk from Montecarlo. The first 300m you need to walk on a road without sidewalk, We had very spacious apartment, which was clean and equipped with everything what we needed. We could easily park on a private parking on the grounds of the property. The place has nice restaurant with magnificent wines from own production.
It's a beautiful and quiet location. The room was spacious and worked really well for our toddler, as the curtains were blackout and the room was well soundproofed. The breakfast served in the room was such luxury!
The pool was immaculately clean and never busy. The food in the restaurant was wonderful too! Really hope to be back for another visit in the near future.
I loved everything about this place! I stayed in a gorgeous room with a balcony! Montecarlo was quaint and dreamy! The whole place was in an old convent from the 1600s and the breakfast was wonderful! The best part was the staff!!!! They went above and beyond to help me during my stay and Julia was sooooooo incredibly sweet! 11/10 would stay again! 😊❤️
Beautiful location. We stayed here during a heat-wave and it was really good. It has a big and refreshing swimming pool with scenic backdrop of the Monte Carlo village. We stayed in an Apartment which was and remained cool.
It offers nice wines and has a really good restaurant next to it make sure to book a table there!
The staff is very friendly!
it was very rustic and well worth a stay
A car is essential as it is not close to any shops etc. Essalunga is the nearest supermarket about 20 mins ish in the car
Monte Carlo is the nearest little town which is beautiful and Raffael at Ca Sandra runs a very lovely restaurant
The owner was very friendly and came within minutes if you had a problem
Really pretty spot. The building and the restaurant look amazing! The room was exactly what we wanted, a quiet place to stay close to the cozy town of Montecarlo. It's not the newest, cleanest hotel we've ever stayed at, but for the price we couldn't ask for more to be honest. Would definitely stay again!
Everything about our stay was wonderful. Francesca was very accommodating and pleasant. The entire hotel is exactly what you would expect in a walled Tuscan city. When you stay, you must have a relaxing drink in the "aviary" on the second floor.
The owner was very accommodating and hospitable even though we arrived late due to car problems. Felt like a home not a hotel. Very comfortable with English and no communication issues. Would love to stay here again.
Very well managed hotel, very friendly. Parking our car before check-inn was no issue. Walking time to Montecarlo was 30 minutes. We slept well and would like to stay here again.
The location near beautiful towns and the great view from the balcony (room 501). The swimming pool was top after a day sightseeing. Montecarlo has some nice restaurants!
