This place was incredible.
This place was incredible. The property was beautiful and so well kept. The owner, Alex, could t have done more to make sure we were comfortable in our stay and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He was really friendly, great with our kids and made us feel like we were at home. The rooms were so well decorated, the beds comfy and Alex had great recommendations for exploring the area nearby. This is a great base for your Chianti Classico visit.
This is a great base for your Chianti Classico visit. Head out on windy roads with each drop and rise opening views of vineyards, olive groves and honey colored houses. Taste test to your heart’s content and head out early to catch dinner in a medieval hill top town. Or, you could settle down with a glass in hand and read through that pile of books you brought along! Eat at Bar el Poggio or the La Toppa Trattoria in the Main Street, both are great. This property was stunning. We loved the views and surrounding scenery. It was peaceful and beautiful and the perfect holiday and we would have liked to stay longer. The shops are within driving distance and easy to find with lots of local produce to try. We loved the walks around the property and scenery. It was picture perfect and had everything we needed. My kids loved the pool and wide open spaces to roam around. We felt like the only people there.We went on lots of walks and early morning runs. It was simply stunning.SteveAustralia - 10Scored 10

I love the dinners Beatrice and her staff are preparing every evening, full of flavors and taste. Nice to chill at the pool with a bottle of wine and admire the Tuscan hills. Such a cute little town with friendly residents and a wonderful restaurant...La Vecchia Piazza. Low-key and casual, with the best pizza we've ever had. We also appreciated that they had a separate menu in English, though some of the translations were amusing. Given we don't speak any Italian, we have no room to judge! We sat outdoors and were surrounded by mainly locals and a big table of Germans and it was lively and breezy. On the second night we went, there was a street festival with food, booths selling their wares, and musicians. Most everyone spoke at least a little English, but we were all able to communicate just fine.TracyUnited States of America

Beautiful pool with the most amazing view. Well-appointed villa with plenty of space for our 6-adult group. Wonderfully authentic on-site restaurant experience (we ate there twice - both memorable, especially the one in the middle of an incredible thunderstorm!) . And everything made so much more special by Beatrice who is the perfect host - fun, warm, kind, full of useful advice, and a great ambassador for Tuscany.

The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for self catering. The pool is shared but there was enough space for everyone. You can walk into town which has a supermarket and few restaurants but would definitely recommend having a car to make the most out of seeing the area and getting to other towns and Florence! Niccolò was a great host and also helped us book a vineyard tour.
