This was the most amazing and unique stay of our 3 weeks in Italy.
It is run by 3 generations of family. All very passionate about providing an outstanding experience to guests.
Felt like home from the moment we arrived.
We'll be back with the rest of our family.
The property is located a few minutes away from the town of Monteroni d'Arbia. Most importanly it is so central to visit Siena, Montepuliciano, Pienza, San Quirico d'orca and Montalcino and the hot springs at Bagno San Filippo.

We were very pleased.
We were very pleased. The host and hostess were so welcoming and patient with us despite our inability to speak Italian. Very gracious. They gave us a great recommendation to the winery, Santa Giulia winery—wine very much in keeping with our taste, a great education in wine making in the region from our hostess. Santa Giulia is a winery run by a beautiful family upholding a multi generational tradition. We drank wine to children laughing throwing water balloons. Il Canto di Sole treated us well and fed us like family. Very high praises.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sant’Alberto. The apartments are clean, the view is amazing and the family is friendly and kind. The food is also fantastic, you should have a try if you have the chance.
We have been going to Tuscany for many years, but this has been the best place we have ever stayed.
Filippo and Alessandro were perfect hosts, thank you so much for the pleasant stay!
We would recommend it to anyone! We will definitly be back next year.
Kind regards

Jana was extremely helpful in finding a friend to transport myself and my bicycle about 19 miles to the hotel because of very bad and personally dangerous weather. She also figured out how to get me to my next destination by public transportation again because of bad weather. The restaurant was very good as well as breakfast. They had a secure place for my bicycle during the night. The room wax fine. I got a good night’s sleep.
This is a very nice place in the Tuscany country side. There is lots of activities for the children (playground, trampoline, fuzzball game, pool (in the summer) and a large property to run around in. The apartment we had was large size with tow bedroom and the kitchen was well equipped. The internet had high speed. There was a washing machine for use in an separate building. There is about 10 min drive to the closest city.
Great setting, well presented. The room was perfect for our needs and it was a real bonus to have a veranda with table and chairs in front of our door. Fillipo was the perfect host, friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. The location is superlative to reach a large number of interesting spots in this part of Tuscany. We highly recommend this facility.
We used this place as our base for a short Tuscany tour. The accommodation is next to a main road but there was no noise caused by traffic I would see this as a plus. Really nice buffet breakfast with the possibility to enjoy outside in the garden. The room we had was nice comfortable bed and nice shower. The staff at the reception was friendly and hepful.
We really enjoyed our vacation at Tenuta Della Selva in the Tuscan countryside. Our apartment was clean and spacious, the private rooftop terrace provided a beautiful view over tuscany. It takes a 5 minute drive on a dirt road to get to the accommodation. Once you get there you are rewarded with the peace and beauty of the property.
We had an incredible stay at la Roverella. We were greeted with a bottle of wine by the owner, Sarah, who was very sweet and gave us a lot of information for getting around Tuscany. We especially loved walking the vineyard and our dinner at the local Osteria where Giovanni made us feel so special! Thank you for a wonderful time!
The apartment is situated in picturescue place with view on Siena. There is a lovely small garden where one can enjoy the dinner and a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment well equiped with everything one can need in a daily life. And the host tried to provide us with everything we needed.
Fantastic location on top of a hill with fields all around. Very quiet. The pool is lovely.
The hotel is in an old casale that has been beautifully renovated and furnished. There is ample space for activities, including indoors in case of rain or on cold evenings.
The staff was very helpful.
The location is perfect if you want to travel around Tuscany. The views of the property are amazing, especially from the swimming pool. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you need. Francesca was very helpful and gave us great tips for places around.
perfect tuscany breakfast with cakes, sweets, bacon, cheese and fruits. not to fancy just about right to get a solid tuscanese feeling.
Location is perfect to visit Le Crete, Maremma and hot spot cities like siena, montalcino, montepulcciano and pienca
Everything was wonderful. The location is great, coutrysidr but still not far from Siena. The staff and animals and views and swimmingpool were all perfect. The details in the decor is also really beautiful.
