Beautiful house yet very relaxed and friendly. Super big comfy beds.
I loved everything.. the beautiful and cosy place, its warm atmosphere, the lovely staff, my little green house, the wonderful breakfast. The place is clean, calm and i met a super nice irish tourists team, so it is a 100% satisfaction rate.

A bit noisy at the street in the morning but apart from that everything was perfect
Our host (Maria) was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were even able to light a fire and eat our dinner by candlelight. The room was spacious (including a little kitchen). Excellent value for money.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The staff was great Close to the train station Excellent breakfast Parking was great
Room was much smaller than appeared online. Room was dark. No mirror in bedroom.
The suite (we had 2 rooms!) was very nice.. 3 balconies, nice views, old world charm, nice modern touch with an iPad to use.. The breakfast was great and our host was lovely..
When the windows were open the adjoining road could be noisy (we had them closed when sleeping so was fine for us)..
Amazing service from all staff members. They were all friendly, helpful and kind. Delicious breakfast. The rooms are comfortable and are equipped with everything you may need.
Such nice people. Felt like they were letting us into their own home which was amazing! Great old house with lots of interesting areas. Wish we could have stayed longer.
A little hard to find.
On site parking. Friendly staff. Ambience in common areas.
Bedroom smelt very mouldy, and was tired. 2 of three bedroom lights didn't work - nothing was done to sort this out. Shower was dirty, and leaked all over the floor. Floors were dirty. Location was on a busy road, which made it noisy at night - even so, it was very difficult to find as it is in a side road, with virtually no signage.
Helpful and pleasant staff. Delicious breakfast served at the breakfast table in morning. Self service bar available (for charge). Beds comfortable. This is a beautiful historic house with lovely decorations and ambiance.
Small bathroom but manageable. The house was a little noisy (creaky wood floors) in the morning with other guests leaving their rooms (but we tend to sleep later than others).
Nice well-restored historical house with lovely details, charming host, clean
the house is very beautiful, and the area around it is nice with all the chairs and tables in the garden. Breakfast was good also. The staff is friendly, the hotel is situated 15 min walk from the city center, which is ok. Overall is a nice place to stay.
The only negative we had was the humidity inside the hotel. The house is rather old and made of stone, so it can be really humid, especially in the climate of Sintra. Maybe it is better on the 1st floor, but our room was on the ground floor and it was humid.
parking at the place, interesting decoration
noisy place all night, room do not have good noise isolation. Ar condition was broken during all of our stay.
Great location, the main house very quaint and romantic, nice features in the house.
We stayed in the out house, No top bed sheet, pillows very small and flat good for Kids not adults. Bathroom was very shabby and dated, hot water runs cold in shower, no mixer tap in bathroom sink so end up burning hands....
Great location in the center Restaurants and train station Cafés all with easy walking
The room was out side the main house with two bunkbeds and a lot of noise from the outside The main house is beautiful and quaint I feel I got a youth hostel four star hotel price
Julia was a helpful host.
The villa's style and the enviroment
The hostess was a bit lazy
Louisa was so forgiving for our arrival a bit later than anticipated (we tried texting, but it was the landline!). She is so bright and cheerful. The small mansion is charming and quirky, with a beautiful lounge room to relax in. Breakfast was delightful, served in the elegant, but cosy dining-room.
We had great difficulty finding Oh Casa Sintra. Maybe more detailed directions when booking would help. That is all.
The location is quite good and the house is really amazing with small garden and terrace, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, excellent breakfast with many choices of food
No WiFi in the room at all
Lovely 150 year old house, rooms charming. Breakfast excellent. Easy to walk to the town center. Near the train station.
On a noisy street, windows as old as the house.
Excellent, friendly and helpful service. Oh Casa Sintra is a lovely old house which has been beautifully renovated, with comfortable rooms and a great homemade breakfast.
Staff, very efficient, attentive, friendly. Homely feel and use of facilities
Oh Casa Sintra is a beautiful place. Very calm, relaxing and feeling like your own home. Julia gave us a warm welcome and provided us with great tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat. The breakfast at the house is really excellent and custom made. Highly recommended!!
The location was excellent for train station and the old town. A beautiful house providing a boutique hotel experience. Lovely friendly staff. Breakfast made fresh to order.
Best breakfast in Portugal (it reminded me of an Austrian gasthaus), tasted fantastic. The building was charming. The hostess wonderful, accommodating and very welcoming. The location was easy to find. Free parking was close at hand.
Almost perfect, except that traffic could be heard passing nearby. I would like to qualify this statement. We live in the countryside (in a given night two cars may pass by our home). My wife is thus unaccustomed to this sound and wakes to it. I am a very sound sleeper as such, I was unaware of the passing vehicles.
