Queens is more modern and you have plenty of choices for food. I'm an Asian and the food in Queens are little bit different than Chinatown so really depends on the preference. One thing I do notice are Queens has more Malls, big malls so is easy to shop for clothing. And also the hotel cost and parking are little bit cheaper than downtown. If you don't mind to take metro, Queens are good option.

We had our room cleaned every day and got bottled water refilled each day. Breakfast was tasty and the stuff was super nice, you can leave your luggage after the check-out for free in their storage room. The rooftop terrace had a great view of New York skyline. This was my second time here and I will stay here again.
