The charming decor and facilities immerses you a comforting feeling of the long history of The Northwick Arms. The beds were cozy, and the room space was much larger than expected, a pleasant change from the modern hotel box rooms.
The distance from the hotel into town was only a leisurely ten minute walk over Workman's Bridge. Extremely convenient.
Located in Evesham, 6.5 miles from Coughton Court, Bell Inn has accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar.

We stayed in the main building, in a room on the top floor and had a huge Four Poster Bed overlooking the beautiful grounds. It was very quirky and atmospheric. Really old fixtures and fittings. The Bathroom was huge with a large bath and modern fittings. Very clean. The breakfast was good and included in our room price. The small bar had comfy seats and the staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. The whole place felt very welcoming with a relaxed atmosphere in a great location. We met with family for an overnight stay and it was very enjoyable.

It was New Years Eve and the hotel laid on nothing - not a special meal, music, not even a popper. People including us had brought along celebratory evening wear and there was nothing!! Room was too hot and there was no control. Road noise, very draughty windows. Extremely creaky floorboards. No plugs beside the bed. No shaver socket in the bathroom. The drains in the shower and basin were virtually blocked so after a shower the water cascaded all over the floor.

A lovely view of the river from our room, although we couldn't walk along the river due to flooding. Evesham town centre is a bit tired looking with lots of charity shops. Had a meal at the Trumpet inn, good value for money and good choice on the menu. Our visit was really to go to Stratford on Avon which was about 15 miles away. Broadway worth a visit.

Very pretty part of the world.
Very pretty part of the world. Lots of lovely villages such as Stow, Bourton on the Water, Broadway. Bourton is very pretty but choose your time as it is incredbly busy with throngs of people. Lots of p”aces to eat but not cheap.

The old Abbey Grounds are most interesting having 2 churches and the remnents of the old Abbey.
Very old buildings just outside with the Tourest office.
The town centre seems to be rather run-down, not helped by the lack of quality hotels. The Northwick, close outside, appears as the only one.
The river walk is pleasant.

An interesting historical town with plenty to see and do during the day.
Night life is very good with a variety of pubs and restaurants.
Many of the pubs provide live music at night.
It is a large town, but small enough to walk from any part to another in 15 - 20 minutes.

Evesham has a beautiful park and plenty of open space by the river. It has a lot of history and an interesting museum. Plenty of places for coffee etc.. Like many towns it has a lot of empty shops, but many charity shops to wander round for a bargain or two. Evesham is central to many other interesting places - Broadway, Stratford, Worcester.
The balcony over looking the fields is lovely, it's brilliant place for dogs, lots of space for them to run about, walks literally from the door. There's a small play area for little ones just in front of the lodge next door, so little ones could play in sight of mum and dad whilst they enjoy a glass of vino!
'The Bridge Inn and Ferry' pub is only a couple of miles away, on the riverside..... and is fab, great location and food, child/dog friendly, lovely staff!
Evesham hotel is an amazing place. We immediatly felt at home in this lovely old building and our cosy room. The staff was very friendly and most accommodating. Not to mention the hot water pool, a blessing after days wandering in the very cold Cotswolds in december, and last but not least the food in the restaurant which was very high standard (very creative and succulent- and you can take my word of it, we are French connaisseurs of good food 😉😉)
The owner was very nice. He changed our unit before we even arrived as the one he originally put us in was close to the road but another unit was available that was quieter. Across from the lodge was a play area for children that I wasn't expecting and that our children really enjoyed. It fit our needs completely and we would definitely stay again.
It was very comfortable, with a fabulous kitchen and big dining table - perfect for family times together. The property was formerly the Post Office of the village and has been renovated to a high standard. It is round the corner from the historic village pub. The property is a short drive from both the Cotswolds and Evesham for shops etc..
A lovely experience. Great position for the town and the surrounding areas.
Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Garden was a bonus. A great place for a cuppa and a read of the paper or a pint in the evening. My daughter loved the pool.
Just a really really nice place and great value.
The room was spacious and the toilet was huge. The toilet had good lighting and was bright enough. I liked the quaint design of the hotel and its convenient location. It had many facilities including the restaurant, brassiere and tea room and a nice ambience.
Good central location with safe car parking facility. Very good breakfast choice in a superb dining area! Hotel also had restaurant facilities which were excellent with a good choice of meals. Must remember as well the hotel also offers a well stocked bar!
Spacious, attractively updated room; great shower; pleasant common areas. Fairly convenient location for the center of Evesham, right by the River Evesham and on the bus line to Broadway. I didn't try the restaurant.
The food was excellent especially the breakfast, great selection and hot to order. The views from the hotel are lovely. The staff are so nice. Molton Brown products in the bathroom, overall excellent value for money.
Spotlessly clean beds comfortable plenty of towels little extras to eat left for us ,,walking distance to evesham quiet location dog friendly. Also plenty of pubs for good food in the area .very helpful man in charge
Nothing to fault, great staff, good food, comfortable beds what not to like. Food in restaurant was exceptional and probably best and helpful team of staff i have come across. Well done The Evesham Hotel Team
A really well presented apartment just a short walk from the centre of Evesham. Very handy for working in the area and secluded and restful. A lovely find and extremely comfortable.
The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and within easy reach of both the Cotswolds and places of interest to visit such as Stratford upon Avon, Evesham and Worcester.
Authentic working farmhouse, fantastic location handy for both the Cotswolds and the Malverns. Warm welcome, very quiet, good breakfast. Great places to eat locally.
Great characterful little cottage within easy walking distance of shops, river and park in Evesham, but also well located for visiting the surrounding area
Amazing hotel, lovely helpful staff, Bear the cat was very sweet, and our room was great (in the Mews), food was fantastic. Will definitely be back 🐈⬛
