Crabwall Manor & Spa - BW Signature Collection, hotel in Hawarden

Crabwall Manor & Spa; BW Signature Collection features elegant rooms, a spa and an indoor swimming pool. This historic manor house from 1660 is a short drive from Chester city center.

Vincy and Andrew the duty manager were really professional, Vincy even offered to help me and my daughter pack our stuff after Andrew authorised over the phone to give me the full refund so I could leave. Didn't stay in the hotel so can't comment on anything else. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, not by any standard. Well not in my experience anyway.

Location - great, facilities - great. Would love to return in the Summer and make the most of the garden, outside table and chairs, and barbecue. Overall a really great apartment in a quiet location but with pubs, cafes and restaurants, and local shops within walking distance.

There is so much to see around the area, it is not far from Chester, or the Welsh resorts of Rhyl and Llandudno- there are plenty of amusements for the children, and plenty of lovely eating places too. On the whole the people are extremely friendly.
