Quaint and comfortable. We stayed in a deluxe room as a family of three and it was spacious, beautifully designed and comfortable. The breakfast is very generous and tasty. Staff all super friendly and welcoming.

Your receptionist Andra was the first member of staff we met. She was wonderful. After that, we met Marvin and lots of others, but I didn’t get their names. Those in housekeeping, dining area and bar were very attentive, without being overbearing. We will return.

Nice clean friendly place. A bit expensive to stay for longer period. I'm a member of best western but made a mistake to book via booking . com. Lovely ground.

Lovely location, pleaseant environment and very well equipped, good quality accommodation
Staff were so friendly and cannot fault their attitude, spa was spotless and very relaxing. Breakfast also lovely, not an amazing selection but I'm sure they would have rustled us up something off the menu if we asked.
Location is brilliant if you like walking, we had a hearty breakfast and decided to go for a 6 mile walk (basically a big old loop around Stock), which was just what was needed, then a nice little dip in the pool and jacuzzi to relax, perfect!
The exterior of the building is superb, the car park is brilliantly laid out. Reception very helpful and very welcoming. The rooms are so lovely, very clean, lovely size, very comfortable - couldn't fault our stay. Bathroom facilities perfect too. I left my phone charger and hotel reception has sorted everything and managed to get this back to. I would a billion percent stay here again.
The hotel sits nicely in its own grounds giving a very nice ambience, the public areas are tastefully decorated and clean and the theme follows through into the bedrooms. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable and road noise is limited. Staff are very helpful.
I loved the the staff and the layout of the hotel was traditionally done which gave me 17th century tudor vibes.the restaurant and the food was incredible considering that it was included in the hotel price. So in all the stay was very very accommodating.
Very nice, comfortable room. Delicious food, enticing menu choices (I had the parmesan chicken) and excellent friendly and attentive local waitresses, who do a great job. Stock is a lovely, charming English village and I always enjoy staying there.
room was lovely and comfortable. Luckily we were at the back of the hotel and my mum and dad were at the front and said the road was very noisy and they couldn't sleep.
