This hotel was one of the best places I've stayed in up to date. It exceeded every expectation I had and for quite a reasonable price, too. I reserved the balcony room and loved not only the view but also how comfortable and well decorated the room was. I had to check in earlier than 4pm and the staff gladly accommodated me. The room was even stocked with free beer, coffee and tea for the guests. I genuinely cannot praise this place enough!

This is one of the best hotels to stay in Bruges. The car park (covered and gated) was just a few minutes walk. The hotel is off the road and there was no noise whatsoever. The hotel has a 'boutique flavour' which makes it very comfortable and pleasant to stay. The stuff is very friendly and speaks most European languages. The breakfast was served at 8am and was also very nice - just the right size to start your day!

The staff was warm, helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious, clean and bright. We decided to eat breakfast downstairs and it was delicious in a nice ambiance. I loved having a bathtub in our room, being able to check in early and seeing the canals from our view. Plus, the mattresses were the most comfortable we slept on in Europe.

Bruges was a stop on the way back from Eastern Europe and it was far more than I expected. It was so interesting historically, architecturally and in so many other ways. Going for a boat trip across down is a must to get another perspective on the town. It's easy to walk around with so much to see and do. I have the Chocolate Museum still on my list for next time... and....

3 nights in Bruges, from 11 am to 4-30,welcome to the crush and the hordes, especially the coaches from the cruise ships. It,s a beautiful charming city but pick your month, food prices were very reasonable and of a good standard, plenty of competition which helps.Boat trip was worth it but we were there at 10 am,queues soon formed shortly after.they are into their horse and trap taxi tour if that floats your boat.went to see the only statue by Michelangelo outside Italy, looked at the pictures and the replica as it was8 euro to see the real thing.

the old town is so beautiful and you need a few days to explore properly. Lots of space and stunning buildings to view. The restoration work is excellent. Beautiful Bruges is a picturesque destination for people who love the arts. There are lots of museums and cultural things to do. Especially its medieval heritage is impressive. Bruges is also good for fine dining. In summer it can be a bit bustling with too many travel groups, but after 5 o'clock when these have left, it's truly beautiful to walk through the old city.

The city is beautiful and full of small cobbled streets and canals. We enjoyed exploring on foot and visiting the many churches and historic buildings. We found something/somewhere new to see every day during the week we spent in Bruges. The Basilica is well worth a visit as is the Belfry in the main square. The Historium is informative and the Cathedral is stunning. The Korean restaurant “Bowls’ is excellent. Grand Cafe Belfort in the main square serves a good range of reasonably priced tasty dishes. I wasn’t keen on the many cyclists who rode through the crowds in the squares and narrow streets. Most of them did not slow at all to accommodate and it was scary at times. I didn’t like seeing the horses pulling the carts carrying tourists. They seemed to be relentlessly worked, despite the temperatures touching 30’ on some days. I did google the regulations on the horses and their welfare and i was reassured a little but , at times, the horses just looked tired and fed up.

We stayed in a family room in the main building. It was very pleasant, cozy, and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was sufficient. The hotel is very close to the city center, just a 5-10 minute walk. The beds and bathroom were very clean. The hotel is in the old town close to all city centre attractions. Room was specious so it was great for 3 people plus big dog. Cleanliness was on a very high level. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices. And last but not least the lady running the hotel is extremely nice and helpful.
