Beautiful room, felt like a fancy hotel. There was a basket of snacks, nice shower, fluffy towels and a lovely view of Ben Nevis and chickens in the yard (they were not noisy at all).

Quint little hotel. Very charming and overall comfortable. We liked our room and the sitting rooms (there are 2 of them). Dinner was really, really good! highly recommended It was a good base for visiting the area, including some beautiful hiking!

It was good location to the Main Street with lots of pubs, restaurants and shopping available. The staff was extremely friendly and we could do our laundry which was a big perk after being on the 8 day trek of the West Highland Way.

Staff were brilliant, very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was immaculate through out and our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We arrived a bit later than expected and after settling down at the bar in the hotel we could not be bothered heading into fort william that night for a bite to eat and night out as planned, dinner service was full at the hotel so no space for us but we had not booked in advance. The reception staff recommended take away places that delivered, provided us with plates and cutlery and let us eat in the bar where most other places would confine you to your room. We had a good laugh with the friendly staff and other guests in the hotel, unplanned but brilliant night. Your staff are a credit to you, hotel is lovely and in a beautiful setting, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

    We did wish that we could have stayed longer in Banavie and...

    We did wish that we could have stayed longer in Banavie and we would certainly come back to explore more of the area especially if visiting Ben Nevis. Neptune's staircase was an unexpected pleasure and it was so picturesque. We viewed this from 'The Moorings hotel' where we also had a lovely meal. Will definitely return.
