The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty. Shower powerful and bed comfortable and we were provided with a great fan in our bedroom as it was very warm.
The beer garden was lovely, with an aviary and the flowers were all lovely.

Cadnam is a good base for exploring the New Forest.
Cadnam is a good base for exploring the New Forest. Ideally you need motorised transport or a bicycle to see the Forest in its entirity. We took our dogs. There were local walks in the Forest that were walking distance from our accommodation. The village has a shop and pubs that serve food.

Easy to get to, near M27.
Easy to get to, near M27. Some nice country side near by and easy road access to the rest of the area though always long tail backs into Lyndhurst Via A337. A number of goodpubs/places to eat but not much else. It is on the New forest Hop on hop off tourist bus route.
Not ideal for cycle access to the new forest.

We liked the location right in the New Forest.
We liked the location right in the New Forest. We could ride our bikes from the property and be in the wonderful countryside straight away. There were places to visit in the vicinity but we rode our bikes for 2 days running. It is fantastic for cycling and there are lots of places to stop and have a picnic such as by a stream or amongst the trees. Ponies and cows are everywhere just wandering around. We also came across groups of free ranging pigs which was lovely to see.
My husband I stayed at this hotel whilst attending a car show at Beaulieu. It was ideal and also very close to Lyndhurst and the New Forest.
The owner Paul was very friendly and Jane the lady who waited on us, was exceptional. We were booked in for B&B but reserved a table for dinner. What can I say, the food was delicious. Plentiful and great value for money. We had a fabulous meal.
The B&B was comfortable and clean and good value for money - a great little find - location - it is close to the New Forest.
Helen was a great host and was really helpful for any questions we had. The room was really comfortable and had all the modern fittings and extras you'd expect in a hotel for a higher cost. The breakfast was great too!
The host was extremely welcoming and very attentative. The property was cleaned to a very high standard. It was like having all the luxuries of a hotel with all the benefits of self catering property.
