Aircraftwreck Superfortress ‘Overexposed’ is 4 mile walk uphill but worth a visit. Pub is in Old Glossop, 10 - 15 mins. walk from Glossop town centre. Old Glossop very quaint in an interesting way. Two other pubs and a lovely park 2 mins. walk from the Queens. Country walks also right on doorstep. Glossop itself a pleasant town with all the amenities one could reasonably require available. Alan and Carole are just so accommodating and friendly and really do go out of thier way to make it a lovely stay .
