Breakfast was very good and not expensive. There were cold items, juices, toast, fresh fruits, croissants, coffee and tea on the buffet plus a good quality hot, plated meal made to order. Both full English and vegetarian full breakfasts were pleasing. The room was a decent size with a good thermostatic shower in the en-suite, with just a small step into the shower..

    Very comfortable , great location .

    Very comfortable , great location . The buffet breakfast was not good . I asked why they had changed from table service and was told that this was due to the large number of guests staying that night . Thank goodness this was only a temporary arrangement .

    -Be organised when dealing with bills -Always include a breakfast when a suite is booked -A minibar is a must -Free water bottles are useful upon arrival - Pen and paper in a suite is also useful if you want to write something - making a suite warm for a customer arriving at 6 pm is very important in particular if he or she have ysed your hotel before

    Staff friendly and helpful. Room basic and over priced. Not like the pics! The room furniture was basic and towels old and scratchy. We were not advised breakfast was not included so was additional £29. It too was basic buffet that ran out and was luke warm. Not impressed! Overall very disappointed for the price paid.

    No listed help in the bedroom as there usually is in a Hotel room. The window in the bedroom would not stay open it was a sash window that slid back down as-soon as you opened it. Lighting by the dressing table was not adequate. Seating and coffee table was not what you would expect in a bedroom it was garden furniture and there was only one chair to sit on!!

    The room was very comfortable and had a nice view. We ate breakfast in the main restaurant and it was really good. The location is so good for everything that we needed. I would have preferred the room be cleaned more often, with jet-lag and sleeping a little later the room was not touched for most of our stay.

    The menu for the restaurant was very selected. The lager we paid for was mis sold for another lager. Was very disappointed to fold a clump full of hair of the side of our bath panel Also The gym was very poor with limited gym equipment.

    I have always liked this hotel and I have stayed in all the suites however breakfast has always been included but not this time which took me by surprise. The other interesting thing is that the receptionist mentioned that I used the restaurant to have dinner despite the fact I paid for my dinner but then she changed it to a breakfast, disorganised and can put customers off.

    The ambience of the place is great. Courteous and friendly staff who were engaging and happy to help. Room was nice size and very clean, comfortable night was had. We stayed in the main hotel.
