Richmond was wonderful as well as Kew Gardens and the river Thames frontage very scenic with an array of cafes and restaurants. Steins restaurant represented the real Bavarian experience. Orchid show was really good.
Tasteful area. Particularly liked Kew village with its artisan shops, pubs and cafes. Kew Gardens station is like they used to be - clean, tidy and well cared for. Didn’t get the chance to visit Kew Gardens, but will definitely return to do so.

The Thames tow path was brilliant - we saw loads of wildlife - and rowers! Richmond was full of surprises - I think we missed out on a celebration as we saw 4 men dressed as chillies and we saw Vikings and Intredpid explorers. Canivalatmosphere and loads of eateries and pub to choose from.
Great experience. Lovely hosts. Quiet location. Best beds. Huge rooms. Even had Japanese toilet seats. Close to transport and parking easy on street. We will stay here again. Colin and Valerie. May 2017
