Lovely room, with all the amenities we needed. Really comfy beds, lovely and warm with extra blankets provided too. Just wished we hadn't arrived so late after an event so we could have had more time here. My daughter loved the twin beds and bathroom with odd shaped bath! 😊

I cant say i had to pay then got mixed up about travel but theywere ok answeted email because some reason google maps gave a 7 hour journey opposed to 1 hour previously .need to get taxi after while but i usually like to walk .i was so looking forward to country sidelk swimming pool.

Lovely quiet location, on the village green. Friendly, efficient staff and a welcoming atmosphere. Tastefully decorated in a cosy style, very comfortable bed and everything clean and tidy. Great food - had a fabulous pizza for dinner and breakfast was top quality. Highly recommended!!

Everything we needed for our stay. Wonderful little road box had farm fresh eggs. Could also call for sausages, burgers, bacon and the like, but we didn't have the time to order those. The eggs were delicious for breakfast! Comfortable and clean. Would recommend to all.

The staff were lovely and attentive, the room was comfortable and clean, great shower. The location is fab, right in the centre of Bellingham, with a few pubs nearby and a little shop across the road. We also ate in the cafe on the Saturday night and the food was really nice for the price. Breakfast was also great.

Perfect location to get away from it all but still close enough to enjoy the local amenities. Views were awesome and the accommodation was warm and cosy. Bellingham is a beautiful village to visit I couldn't recommend it high enough.

    We can't think of a single negative thing to say, brilliant staff, so friendly and made us feel so welcome. lovely atmosphere here, lovely food and good prices, breakfast included was A1, top breakfast so nice. rooms were excellent and bed was so comfy, its a fantastic place and we will return !!

    An excellent pub, nice and clean with newly decorated rooms. This is a community run pub and as such has a friendly atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of bar meals. We stayed on Beer Festival evening so had street food. Expect some noise if going to bed early because it is a local pub. All in all an excellent please to stop over for us as it is right next to the A68 and we travel to and from Scotland regularly.

    A very nice place The bathroom could have been finished off a little better hooks behind door and a tray holder in shower The room was not checked for drinks replaced and waste bucket not emptied Also at breakfast you shouldn’t be running out of milk

    First visit to this area & will definitely return in the future - have already recommended to others. The village itself is tiny as are most locally - locals are welcoming & friendly especially if you make the effort to engage with them. The landscape is very rural & wild - I imagine it would be dramatic & challenging in winter.
