We recently stayed at the China Fleet Club for five nights with our family in a two-bedroom flat, and it was absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were of outstanding quality. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed—truly second to none. The location was perfect: peaceful, away from the town, yet easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The swimming pool was a highlight for our family, especially for our 8-year-old son, who enjoyed it every single night. My husband and I spent a couple of relaxing hours in the aqua spa, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. All the essentials like shower gel, towels, and cold water were readily available, making it very convenient. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend China Fleet Club for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway.

Our stay at little Trenoweth was an absolute delight. Spotlessly clean, charming lodgings in a stunningly beautiful setting . Host was generous, making the stay wonderful. She provided homemade pastries and bread, homemade jams, farm fresh eggs, local meats from a boutique butcher, and plenty of firewood for the fireplace. When putting together food for us she even inquired to food allergies. It was clean, bright, and downright adorable; my wife and I plan to recommend this place to everyone interested in staying in Cornwall.

It was in a great location and it was great for the kids - with a park on-site. The passes to the China Fleet Country Club were also a great addition - my kids loved the pool. The appliances all worked great. There was a washing machine and dryer which was useful.

Cecilia welcomed us with my favourite drink cafe latte. She was a great host, very helpful and flexible. She gave us cutlery so we could enjoy our meal in her beautiful garden. The garden was a great bonus for this stay with both rooms opening to it.

    We only stayed at Little Trenoweth self contained apartment so not sure what Saltash has else to offer. But this is most definitely in our top 3 places we have ever stayed in so peaceful and excellent hosts Tilly and Kerry .

    For what I saw, it is an area of outstanding beauty. Perfect for nature lovers. Specially if you enjoy walking along winding country roads. The village area is absolutely beautiful. I wish I booked our stay at Saltash itself.

    We stayed at a village called St Dominick in the Tamar...

    We stayed at a village called St Dominick in the Tamar Valley. We visited Cotehele, a superb National Trust property. We also took a trip on the Tamar Valley railway line - very reasonably priced and an interesting journey which takes you across the Calstock viaduct, The area has a lot to offer with walks and views. Some great pubs too. You are not far from Plymouth so plenty of places to visit. Definitely recommended for a short break.

    I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service provided by staff. Our room was cleaned daily, we had new towels daily. In the spa facility we were given new towels and excellent changing room facilities. Our two year old loved the pool and there was no restrictions on when we could use the swimming pool/spa facilities as a family with our two year old. In our accommodation we had all facilities needed for self catering and a good size fridge with freezer to store fresh ingredients and cook.

    A great space with everything needed. Super quiet at night. Gerald has thought of everything that guests would need, just like being at home with all appliances to cook your own evening meals and breakfast. Close to Plymouth and Saltash, but away from the crowds in a very rural setting. We are more than happy with our stay at De- Vollard.

    Gorgeous spacious rooms which were very clean. Beautiful gardens with a lovely play area for the children. Stunning views and glorious walks. Excellent communication from the hosts. Our family definitely made use of the hot tub as we had amazing weather.

    Great central location for Saltash. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent for families with older kids due to the layout of the property, and enough bathrooms to serve all the rooms. WiFi good enough for work. Outside courtyard a nice little sun trap.
