Staff really helpful, food in evening was great as was breakfast. Good value for money as well. Room was really nice, bedlinen and towels smelt amazing. Bed was huge and very comfortable.

Really lovely place to stay several dogs staying there but the hotel was kept so clean had a evening meal there and that was excellent service was so good meal was cooked perfectly and was nice and hot and delicious

A traditional pub, run by a friendly landlady and her team. The accommodation was in a separate courtyard adjacent to the pub and was clean, warm and quiet with everything I needed for my overnight stay. My meal in the pub that evening was perfectly cooked and well presented. I could not fault any aspect of my stay.

As other reviews have mentioned, Mandy and her family/staff are fantastically welcoming. Mandy greeted me by name as I arrived - I know she knew I was coming as I'd booked in, but it was still nice that she knew my name. The breakfasts, as other reviews mention, where fab and meant I didn't need to eat for the rest of the day :-)

It was a beautiful spot and the owners were fantastic, going above and beyond make us feel welcome. Beautifully clean and equipped kitchen and shower/toilet facilities. The beds were very comfortable and warm.
