This property is absolutely stunning and while nestled in the middle of the tuscan countryside, it was an easy 15 minute drive from the train stop in Figline which itself is just a few stops from Florence! Beautiful and spacious 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The pools and grounds are incredible and spotless, the breakfast was delicious and complete, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. They helped me set up an entire weeks worth of activities before our arrival! We traveled with our 4 year old and since the villa is connected to an agroturismo on the same property, we were able to set up many activities: farm tour and feed animals, learning about bees, picnic, cooking class, playground, etc for our daughter. The dinner in the vineyard with live music, wine and amazing food was the highlight of our trip.

We had a great stay.  The host Gabriele was amazing, we had arrived late and he waited patiently until we arrived and helped us get our luggage to the apartment.  He also made some great recommendations for restaurants and activities close by.  The location is perfect, the main piazza is right outside the main door to the building.  There is a wonderful pasticceria called Fabbrini a couple of doors down that gave us the freshest breakfast and coffee.  The piazza comes alive at night with great options for aperitivo and dinner.  I highly recommend this place for anyone planning on traveling to Figline Valdarno.

Attractions were too historical for my 8yr old. It was nice to have a place to stay filled with kids and activities to balance out the trip. Restaurants on campgrounds had reasonable prices. And there were cheap grocery stores in the area to show. A perfect location for scenic views and day trips to bigger cities.

The owner went the extra mile to make our stay a very enjoyable experience ( providing extra supplies , recommanding trully the best restaurants, even offered us a bottle of wine from his own collection). The house has an administrator on site who can help out with different requests. The view from the villa was amazing, being on tip of a hill in a very quiet neighborhood. The entire house is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, well equipment with everything you might need, and everything is high quality (one can see there was paid a lot of attention to details and they didnt go for cheap, i. g jacuzzi in the bathroom). Also, everything was spotless clean. Available parking lots just outside the property. We will definitely come back.

    Very comfortable accomodation for 5 persons . Recommended for anyone who want to visit all the historical cities in Tuscany . The appartment owner is very communicative and reactive in case of any issues in the appartment . The only negative point is not directly linked to the appartment - too much mosquitoes outside in the location .

    It was totally different than it said online.

    It was totally different than it said online. On the photos it showed cute little appartements with amenities but instead we got a double room with five beds and a mini fridge. It was dirty and we couldn’t even have a coffee on the shared terrace. The restaurants didn’t offer much quality and we were actually on a camping with 8000 people. This was not communicated! The poos water was so dirty that my kids got sick. Also they call it ApartHotel but that is permanently closed on google maps. Also we were given the the wrong adres. The actual name is Hu open air camping Girassol! Totally different than the villa with appartements we were promised.

    The entire trip was a dream, from the unbelievable 360...

    The entire trip was a dream, from the unbelievable 360 degree views from the villa we stayed in at Villa La Palagina to the absolutely gorgeous infinity pool area. My family and I were very impressed by all the staff from the reception staff, waiters in the glorious restaurant to the lovely man who tended to gardens in our villa. We will most certainly be returning.

    a great set up appartement in a wonderful tuscan villa, lovely decorated, great gardens and a balcony with the special tuscan view, a nice big walk in shower, separate toilet, very quiet location eventhough only a few minutes walk to the old city piazza, 2 ACs made us survive the extreme heat very well, technical issues were dealt with right away, minutes by car to shops and restaurants

    This place is a paradise on earth! I’ve been traveling alone with my three kids and a dog and we were blessed to stay in the family room, with the garden, which was so beautiful and authentic , right opposite from the spa area. Hotel is a small castle, beautiful and calm. Perfect to recharge your mind and soul! I can’t wait to go back there asap !
